Visited Tulip the other day, booking with Ying. She told me that, for her full shift, 13:00 to midnight the day before, she didn't have ANY customers. If I understood her correctly, there were no customers for any of the girls. Tulip, full day, no customers. WTF

Last Wednesday I arrived at about 10:00 pm. Prow told me they had 16 girls and I was the 13th customer of the day. Clearly, some girls have no customers for the day. Based on 13+ customers last Wednesday, I doubt they have many days with zero customers.

That place you are thinking about with an are is still there and they still lean out the door and call out to dudes walking by, both from the front and the back doors. So you had some good sessions there? How long ago was that? I've never tried the place.

Yes, it seems the Skytrain took a few years for locals to start taking it. Now it is packed almost all the time especially with more and more suburban lines opening. Of course it was and still is way more expensive than the bus.

See the other MP thread for Doki Doki, there's lots of info on it. Its not a PSE place. Tulip and the PSE places are a bit in a category of their own for the high level of standard service they offer. Tulip, Snow White, and Cherry (and Eden Club) are generally considered the PSE locations, with Tulip and Snow White being the standouts for service topping the lists.

PSE places offer obviously a certain kind of service, but you also may compromise on the ladies the work in these places.

Having been there once, couple of years back, I would not repeat. The local forums in Hong Kong spoke highly of the place, so I decided to try. If you are a big boy like me, a slippery air mattress with a slippery floor with nuru gel all over, makes it tough to stand up. I had to slide to the end of the bathing area before I could stand up. The very chatty lady starting playing Bollywood songs for me and started dancing. This place is more expensive than normal, but customers hope for superior service to make it worthwhile. There is no law against tipping extra. I would not bother to tip a girl is a very low amount (e. G. 100 Baht) as it could look a bit condescending. With high fees here, many would think a tip is not necessary, although I don't know precisely what the girl is making from each session.

If it turned out that the girl made only 1500 out of the 3000, that would suggest the owner is making a bit of a rip off (like Annies used to). I hope that is not the case, and girl gets somewhat more. I may have known more detail from a girl on this, but have forgotten by now.

1. They are the most known of the bunch, but any girl could be a rockstar there with you, or crap. But of course, Tulip got its reputation for its service.

2. Huh? I mean, they are generally up for a lot of fun, usually unless you have a really odd request you're fine. And no, you're request is probably pretty tame, they've heard it before, so you're OK.

Like others, I'm confused. Tulip has one service, you pay, and that's what they do. I mean this is pretty much the case at almost every MP we discuss here, as we generally don't discussed "regular" massage places. Make no illusion of what product these establishments sell, they don't, the girls don't, you shouldn't either.

At Tulip, no negotiation is needed, 1500 is the standard fare for a proper multiple-pop PSE session (regardless of length), and the total fee is 1900/2100/2300, depending on time (60/90/120 min). The only question is whether they'd ask you to pay that 1500 in advance (along with the room fee) or afterwards. Generally, I'm reluctant to pay in advance, but given Tulip's reputation, it's a non-issue.

There are hundreds of "massage" parlors where they'll happily let you pay the massage fee first and then you can negotiate extra 1000 baht (or more) for a crappy handjob. I detest that business model -- if you paid a massage fee and you don't want a massage, you're already at a disadvantage in extra service negotiations, and if you actually want a massage, you're at a wrong place for that. Who wants to be stuck for an hour with a very pissed off masseuse / hooker after negotiations fail? If that's the experience you're looking for, you did the right thing to walk straight out of Tulip.

Thankfully, Tulip is NOT one of those places.
