I actually don't know what all the fuss is about.

1 Hour 1,900 Baht.

1. 5 Hours 2,100 Baht.

2 hours 2,300 Baht.

I always pay the full amount to the girls, after our session and in the room before I go downstairs. I often leave earlier but still pay the lady for the time I agreed to downstairs when asked by the receptionist for how long. Sometimes the lady is able to reduce the session time and pocket the difference as a tip or she gives the original amount expected. I could care less as long as I leave satisfied. Guys lighten up. Furthmore, the 200 Baht cancellation fee for customers that book directly through the lady is completely fair. That lady becomes not available for that time as well as 1 hour before and 1 hour after. If the customer cancels, Tulip is out the potential money from a walk in customer who would have chosen that lady. What you guys have forgotten is if the lady gets a booking from a customer who contacts her directly, she gets an extra fee for that, so this rule is completely fair. Why is this an issue for the punter? Maybe if you cancel bookings, the lady will not accept your direct booking in the future.

I heard from my favorite lady at Tulip that Boss has changed some of the shop rules. Whereas before the customer used to pay the full amount at the counter including the 1,500 Baht service fee, ie, 1900,2100, 2300 for 60,90 or 120 minutes, now the shop will only charge the price of the legit massage and the customer has to pay the lady in the room for her services. Some of the girls already had bad experiences with customers short changing them or even worse coming in for just a massage without sex. I think that is a really bad idea. Not only is it a turn-off for me that I have to now pay the girl in the room before or after sex but I am worried that it might result in different girls starting to charge different prices for certain services or maybe charging customers more if they feel they can get away with it. Knowing that the ladies at Tulip already have to pay for everything themselves, from condoms to toilet paper, I find these new rules are stupid and I can only hope it will not deteriorate the level of service that is right now the only authentic one left in Bangkok.

The fine for a customer leaving early was in place when I first went to Tulip over 11 years ago and you had to pay the gal in the room as well. I have no issue with this and think they are both good for the customer. I think Saeng is doing this because service in some instances has slipped. Good for her.
