1 h at Tulip is meh, you might as well go for 1. 5 - 2 hours instead since the cost is so close.

Absolutely, 2 h is the sweet spot, given that it doesn't cost much more. If you're too tired, you can always chill or get a plain massage, and a few girls like Ying can even hold a conversation.
