Awful news. Refusing BBBJs sounds pretty much like the end of the PSE places. Maybe the current HIV scare will pass, but once they so dramatically lower service standards, there is not much hope for turning back. Even if a show somehow goes back to giving BBBJs, for a long time they'll be known as a "maybe PSE if you're lucky" place, rather than a known PSE place.

Asking for payment in advance is a logical move, nobody in their right mind would pay for a no-BBBJ session at a place like Mango or SW.

Very true. Within most shops with a lot of girls cliques form and sometimes create a less then happy work environment. These can be along the lines of newer girls versus older providers who have known each other for years. It can be popular more successful girls versus less popular less successful. In some shops management have a policy that after a certain number of customers a girl will sit out appearing in line ups and only take specified bookings. As you mention a girl who is making a lot more than her peers may find herself a victim of jealousy and resentment and find it so toxic that she leaves. I have known more than one.
