I think you have got it wrong way round. Its the toursits that don't tip that ruin it for the guys that live here such as myself.

Tipping is the a big part of the culture here from parking boys to security guards and is much more prevalent in the Thai sectors. All my colleagues at work tip wayyyyy more than me and my wife regularly tips taxi drivers 30 or 40 baht (she works in finance so its her money not mine).

Stop being so tight fella's. 1,900 is damn good for 3 holes, deep rimming and swallowing your cum. That totally deserves 700 baht tip.

So I booked a session with Cat (thanks LBM!) and I'd be a regular if I didn't live so far south. As for the room, it was on par with my experiences at Mango and Snow White, a little small but otherwise fine. Way better than the average short time hotel.

I have been to lots of rooms like this in Thailand and it is pretty much standand in my book. I've been to places that while I was getting it on I watch the roaches come and go!

Although, the 1500 additional to the room and massage is really considered the tip or call it service I've honestly have gone from 0-500 baht depending how happy I have been. But it has been a long time since I have tip anyone at Tulip 500 baht maybe it was years back when I first started going there and through this forum some guys were saying that was the customary amount. And of course at debate normally comes about but I say if you are happy and can afford it then its your choice. I've always happy leaving Tulip but there are times I'm jumping with joy and I've never had a girl I didn't tip get mad or gave me less service the next time I came back.

But it should be noted that if you have been there before and gave a tip to a girl and after reading these report and decide that you tip too much prior, in my opinion if you get the same girl and same good service and don't give a tip this time I'm not sure how she might take it? Unlike some I normally get the 1500 to the girl in the room and pay the house portion as I'm leaving.

Tip? I don't tip anything. I pay downstairs after the session, handing all the money to the gal at the desk. 400 hr. 600, 11/2 hr. 800 2hr, plus 1500 for the gal. I get great service when I repeat as well. The 1500 is the girls "tip" for full service. It is 1000 for BJ and 500 for HJ, but folks don't go to Tulip for a HJ.

In Belgium, I tip 10 to 20 EUR if the Thai massage with happy ending was well done. I do not think it is that extravagant.

To each his own. I tip if the service is good / excellent. Usually 300. If ordinary, no tip. Regulars will remember you and insure exceptional service upon return.

For me too, I am there for the ass and pussy (in the order stated. LOL) , I don't give a rat's ass about the room.

For finicky people who rather have better room than the girl, there are so many places, Poseidon, Amsterdam etc etc.

I am also happy to hear from mongers about their tipping practices. Like GS I too rarely give any tip.

My rationale is like this : I am already paying 1500 Bahts (50 USD) for the services, so why tip on top and spoil the market for ourselves. (as if the japanese have not done enough damage). I strongly believe that repeat business gives far better service and GFE than a big tip. At the most I have given 100 bahts to some girls as "Lunch Money" or as "Somtam Money", which they have gladly accepted.
