Very true. Within most shops with a lot of girls cliques form and sometimes create a less then happy work environment. These can be along the lines of newer girls versus older providers who have known each other for years. It can be popular more successful girls versus less popular less successful. Its far too circumstantial evidence. Agreed we will never know. Agreed with everything you've and others said about protecting oneself.

But I sincerely doubt management at cherry care except getting more customers.
