Wow, How different can someone look in 2 pictures. In the photo on the right she looks pretty attractive, on the left, she looks like something out of the night of the living dead.

Ageing of course is something we cannot stop, but we can continue to keep ourselves fit, trim, and as good looking as possible. It can be done with some effort. Don't smoke, don't drink too much, eat good food, exercise daily, and well on your way. You'll also enjoy sex more and won't have difficulty with orgasm. Have one good friend who is till a double black diamond skier, still mountain bikes, walks about 4 miles per day when he is in BKK, thin, wiry, strong, and can screw daily, and he's over 70. Not all of us will look like Sean Connery in our 70's, but we can come damn close. And so yes, I expect gals that take care of themselves as well, not ones that sit around eating sticky rice all day.

Its often seems like those that demand the highest standards fail to look in the mirror and consider how it might feel for some lady to fuck a 60+ year old that is 50 pounds overweight and takes an hour to cum. Or there are those of us that have high standards, are 50+and take very good care of ourselves, have been going to the gym 5 days a weeks for decades, eating well all our lives, are immaculately groomed, well dressed, and feel quite good about ourselves when we look in the mirror.
