Not surprisingly, essentially it comes down to them telling you the kind of customers they'd like to have on a regular basis. But has anyone ever had a P4 P girl proactively ask them what they could do better or more of to inspire you to come back again and again? LOL. I suspect not very often, if at all. Yet, that is precisely the question more P4 P girls should be asking early and often rather than coming up with lists of characteristics they don't like about certain other customers.

Oh, I have certainly had P4 P girls insist I tell them how soon I can come back to see them again (or barfine them again, or book them again, etc.). "See you tomorrow!" as you part ways is the usual joke, implying they'd like to meet with you again the very next day. However, very, very few if any of them (trying to recall one now) outright ask me what they could do better or more of in order to inspire me to see them again tomorrow, next week or ever. I eventually tell them anyway before the next "booking". But their apparent lack of curiosity or interest in proactively finding out how to be better at their job, get more repeat customers and make more (easy) money is very telling, imo.

The successful provider will from day 1 start to hone her skill set. Sadly because in-house training is rarely provided her initial knowledge will come from listening to her more experienced successful peers and from on the job experience. As with any chosen profession success will be a combination of attitude and aptitude. While knowing no two customers are exactly the same I agree with your advice on listening to customers (language difficulties permitting) on what they like and how they like it and building on that to eventually perfecting a routine which provides a full menu of services.

My own wish list includes a cheerful disposition, good grooming, keeping in shape especially important for the older providers and a sensual massage as part of delivering a great sexual experience.
