Posts: 33Based on reliable and "knowledgeable" sources, the girls at Annie's get 300 of the 1500 Bhat in-house service. For an outcall, they get 500 of the 2000. This is also in agreement with earlier reports in this forum. I will be at Annie's later this week, and I will check again to make sure.
I think it is important that we know that and take that into account when we figure our "costs". Yes, essentially these girls work for tips, and if we spend an enjoyable 2 hours or so with them, 500B or more is not unreasonable. Some guys seem to get great delight in reporting how little they spend on a girl. I for one would rather spend a little more, have a little more fun, and have the girl delighted to see me again if I show up a second time. If they did a great job I want them to know it and to be rewarded.
It's not about how much or how little money I spend, it is more about my own personal self respect and esteem, and the memory I have a week or a month later. It's not about a cheap f***.
I am in Jakarta and just spent several hours with a perfectly delightful young lady. Yes, I overpaid. Based on information in the forums, I could easily have had 5 girls, but probably in flea infested "hotels" where the sheets haven't been changed in weeks.
No thanks! I stay in a 5-star hotel and "overpay", and have the number of a girl who wants to see me again the next time I'm in Indonesia.

There are multiple levels of payment, this is due to different venues, positions, experience and length of service. Hard cash is not the only benefit for working for Annie’s, their is subsidized food and drink, free accommodation fully airconed and clean. Free laundering services, linen, towels, monthly cash bonuses based on service and customer reports and a gold bonus once a month plus the big once a year gold bonus for long term servers and many many more. If we where so bad compared to other places in this area of business then why do we have long term staff members?, some staying for over 10 years All our staff come from word of mouth, staff speaking to people they know explaining the benefits of working for us. If it was so bad and not a good arrangement we would have no staff, there are hundreds of places even on our soi that offer jobs of this nature, many fighting for staff, we do not.
Please do not turn this into one of those huge discussions about tipping as this seems to be one of the main arguing points about the P4P industry as a whole in Thailand and everyone has there own views about it. If you want to discuss this again and again then please not under the Annie’s topic of posting as this is not just about Annie’s.

If a lady is given for eg out of the 1500bt, 1000bt, a % of working girls would sit back and be a star fish during the session, no matter how much training we give them and how hard we pushed them and even this happening a few time is too late, Annie’s has lost customers and some of our reputation. Our profits would be hit and the extra benefits our staff get would all be taken away and at a guess later down the line we would close due to no money. If we only gave them 300bt, 99% of the staff would leave.
The money we pay them is not amazing but with other benefits we are a good choice for the working lady. The payment is not amazing so we push for the girls to give service better and better so if good enough and we have a satisfied customer (good for Annie’s) the customer offers a tip (good for the lady). Maybe we could raise our prices to 2000bt and give the rest of the money as a certain to the lady. These has a 3 problems.
1 Our regulars would see this as a negative and we run the risk of loosing them.
2 We deal not just with people from one country our clients are from all over the world many different countries and the way pricing is viewed by different cultures effects trade at present a 2000bt price point would not work.
3 The amount of money the lady makes from the start off could make us cross over to the starfish payment point.

However, I recently heard that the girls at Annies only get something like B300 of that amount, which I find quite shocking. These girls essentially work for tips, and I would suspect that ambiguous pricing structure leads their customers into not tipping appropriately. This is not the customer's fault for being cheap, but I think Annies should be more honest about their pricing structure, because it will have an adverse effect on how much they earn. If one tips the girl appropriately for services rendered on top of the B1500, then it ceases to become cheap anymore.
I also heard that the girls have to buy all their own products for the bathing part, ie all the soaps and what not out of their own pocket. I like Annies, and have enjoyed myself there every time I have been. It is a Bkk institution, and most of us have gone their at some point or another. Just take into consideration how the pricing works so you do not inadvertany stiff the girl at the end of the session.
PS - If I have been misinformed about this, then I would appreciate being corrected and apologise in advance to Aey Annies. But I believe my info is accurate due to the source.

Since a few days I get an error message trying to access http://www.anniesbangkok.com/
Am I the only one?
Has the provider blocked access from Germany? (I have not yet tried using a foreign proxy)
Any suggestions?

WRT annies: When I was there last summer I thought it was good but not excellent. Girls were not as attractive as I had hoped and in fact not up to the level found in the neighborhood beer bars. I had an extended warm bath with a very friendly girl with a great attitude, and thought the bath part was excellent. We finished with a brief massage and fuck that wasn't very inspired (or at least did not hold up to the standard set by the bath). I'd prefer a better massage and in retrospect should have asked for a soapy mattress body to body rub. Relative to other options in that area, pricing seemed a bit high at 1500 + 500 tip. Your mileage may vary.
Next trip I'll be looking for a good oily or lotion.

New posters would do well to not behave suspiciously.
"Fun for Asia" has no track record of previous posts. So we might be skeptical about his negative comments. If he posted same report on multiple forums under different names, could be suspicious .... Really out to get at Annies???
"Aussiebren" has only 2 posts total and both about Annies. This is highly suspicous.
"Ibeme" on the other hand has a history of posts (only 4) but on completely unrelated topics and spread over time, so is not going to be treated with suspicion. He is obviously a real forum member.
Now if someone was really devious they could build up a false persona over time but I doubt they have the patience to do so since 2003.
No need for a new poster to immediately jump to the defense of something that another poster has just said negative things about.
Leave that for the long term posters to do.
Also wise not to be suspicously negative in early posts.
Posters who are mostly negative are not always well received.
We treat both negative and positive comments with suspicion, but its the immediate reply posts from new posters that draw the most suspicion of all.
It just stands out like "dogs balls" as we say.
Its sometimes unfortunate we are skeptical people, but we have too much experience with scams and tricksters in Thailand to believe everything reported anonymously at face value.
e.g.
A new poster spreading wild HIV rumours was certainly behaving very suspicously. Why didn't he start with several positive posts of some good experiences.
New posters will be judged on what they write, right or wrong. If new posters right useful and fair stuff and don't behave suspiciously, all will be well.
Lastly don't bother to comment on how this forum treats newcomers. The forum is just a conglomerate of people of every level of intellegence and personailty. We all, newcomers or not, have to tolerate/ignore being attacked at times by those who just don't understand us or have misinterpreted our motives. There will always be those members who live for denigrating others. Thats life. They are not worth worrying about.
Consistently negative posters may end up on people's ignore lists.
The purpose of the forum is for you to get useful information, if you believe the posters giving it, and to give us useful information too. The best information is of course just factual data that is unrelated to someone's opinion.

However there is nothing like a pic of a hot girl that suits my taste to attract my attention. I don't care much about the specifics of what services are available as long as it includes Sex. Its really about does the girl attract my attention, and then does she have a warm personality with good mutual chemistry possibilities.
Nic recently suddenly interested me in Akane, to where I have never been also, a fair portion owing to the picture of the girl. Not sure if all the guys are visually attracted in the same way as me.
Now that I have viewed the Annies pics, I would say none of the girls are actually to my taste (some are O.K.). I prefer a slim girl with a narrow face with cute little nose.
Do you any like that? But don't worry too much. I am very very hard to please. Some others might like these girls. I know that other guys go for a Chinese sort of look but I don't. Others are looking for a great personality and performance and looks don't have to be to model standard.

Aey,
As always, thank you for your input. I will reply to you since I am one of the persons who wrote something on the Positive review, and I quoteI find it very bizarre that for every bad or Average review of Annies posted, there is almost always a 1 poster that counters it with a great experience."
Also, I am not sure you should waste your time writing about the inner works and behaviour of this Forum, as you said, your parlor is busy so better spend time with your customers.
I wish you good luck in your business and Shall see you fairly soon since I am a customer of Annies (never introduced myself though, maybe one day I will)
Cheers,
Nic

Posts: 22I visited Annies last year a few times and a blast every time. If you ask me, they have girls to fit every need. I take the younger ones and worry about the experience factor, but have never been let down so far. I'll be back in March and will hit Annies the afternoon after my long ass flight from the States.
I actually had #12 on my last visit and she's a cutie! Can't remember her name, but I had zero complaints.
Aey, is Nim ever coming back to Annies? I would love to see her again as she was one of your best girls.
Keep it up and see ya in March!

I only post under my name and it is my personnel name with our business name on it, I see no reason for copy names. I am a professional and I will not and have not done this unlike others.
The fun4asia person also cut and paste the same report on other forums, ones we do right on allot and forums that do not have a selection of people using fake names to protect there own businesses. If you send me an email I am more than willing to give you the link to these forum’s and others and you can read the many threads and posts about the quality of Annie's service, many from there senior members not people that have just joined.
New people on these forum’s are not treated as dirt. Of course there is the odd negative comment that we take on bored and address as soon as we can. This pattern follows on all the other forums we right on.
The whole idea of a forum from a readers point of view is open talk that everyone can learn by, not flame the new poster and let’s make sure their views are not heard as they do not follow what we want. From the forum owners point of view you want the regulars to keep posting and grow your membership group so they post. I think you understand what I am trying to say here. Me and 2 regular customers went through this thread again and noted what others have told me, new people with negative comments get a thumb’s up more so if it is about certain places, new readers with positive comments get flamed so this means all new posts must only say bad things. Is this a good?
You had a massage parlor owner that has been in the industry for over 35 years that was is a Thai women that was more than willing to give info help advise from all her perspectives on your forum but it was scene fit to flame me continually, even by the moderator that is also a business owner in Thailand, strange thing to do, even my family at one point was talked badly on here we could not believe it, but this is only on this forum.
Happy new year.
The Aey team.
P.S also attached are some pictures of our supposedly old ugly girls that poster on the ISG post about not one over the age of 23 and all of them are a*** girls. We have many many more but these are only some of our girls many do not want there pictures on the internet.
