I was in the club 2 weeks ago. It's really a mess right now. The sauna showers are cold now. The locker showers are sometimes warm, sometimes cold, you have to pick the good one. There are big holes in the wall covered with plastic tape. The swimming pool looks like a giant trashbin and the toilets next to it are closed. Some of the beds in the upstairs suites are overburned: feel like a trampoline or noisy like hell.

The girls probably know less than the men about the possible closure. According to some, the club may close in a few days but they have no official information. One of the girls told me that the owner of the building is the same than the owner of Club Penelope's building and he's not in really good terms with the Aca boss, so Aca Velbert should meet the same fate. Some say they'll go work in Aca gold, some others don't know. But these are only rumors, nothing official. I believe that losing Velbert would be harsh for the Aca management, they probably make less money in Aca gold.

I read on freiercafe that the owner of Aca may be making a bid on the property itself, they have been letting the building fall apart in order to drive the price down. If they buy the building then it will quickly close for a complete renovation. And if they get it done in time then I will make a visit immediately after Easter.
