I have spoken to three girls that go to the mansion off and on and they said that they thought the mansion was closed meaning not allowing girls anymore and when they had been going they got tired of not being taken. It was news to them that I was just there two weeks ago and girls were allowed. Been hearing rumors that they are turning the property into a normal hotel or just long term rentals with no girls. I think you could be jumping the gun a little bit. The mansion gets watched closely, and at times have to change tactics to deal with cops and law. All we know for certain is that in the last two weeks they have stopped letting girls hang by the pool daytime, while girls on dates are still allowed in as usual. This may simply be a short-term measure to get things to 'cool down'. The club is still operating as usual, with probably more girls (one girl who used to only go daytime messaged me she is hitting the bar tonight and tomorrow, so that reinforces that idea). I'd wait for further reports, especially ones where people talk to the managers and owners and can give better clarity.

That is not that uncommon. Being bi-lingual I talk to a lot of girls there and many will tell you that the club is more of a 'hangout'. It's free, they get free drinks, and their girlfriends are there. Many have to leave their house by a set hour to be out for the night by claiming a waitressing job or similar, so they just hang out here. Then they can be on their phone to see if they can hook up with a client (which will most likely be in the Poblado area), talk with friends, maybe get free food (a lot of guys get food for the girls), and maybe a couple of them decide to a Park Lleras walk (you will see 3-4 leave for 2-3 hours and then return). Etc. It's basically a safe base of operations for the night. All the better for us guys. I don't necessarily think the girls will stop coming to the bar because of all that.

Want to turn the club into a wild strip club? Convert $200 K COP into $2 k bills (bar has stacks), sit in the dance area, and start offering. Before you know it all 25 will be dancing topless (or more) on your lap and letting you touch and magically (are they texting continually) somehow 10 more appear out of nowhere. I have done this 3-4 times when bored and it beats any strip club experience.

Now, the news that they stopped girls from coming to the pool during the day is concerning, since I love hanging by the pool during the day. I'm going there this Thursday, so I will report back what the scoop with that is.

I have received openings of rooms and it is actually fairly full and the remaining rooms for Halloween will probably be taken soon. I have no interest in Halloween parties, in fact I hate them. I don't get turned on by girls with witch hats on and intentionally uglifying make-up.

Planning on attending this party. I've read that you need to purchase a ticket in advance. Do you buy it online? Where do you get the ticket? Is it mandatory to wear a costume?

If you are already in Medellin, just go to the club at night to buy a ticket. If you are not, you need to track down the bar manager to WhatsApp him to ask him to hold one for you (I have no idea if / how they do that for non-guests). Nothing online. The bar is a separate operation from the hotel, but you could ask them for the contact info for the bar manager. Not sure if they give that out to strangers though. I don't think costumes are required for guys, but you may want to get in the spirit. As most everyone does.

You are exactly right with many of your posts. I bring a lot of US 1's and pass them out in the bar & they'll swarm you dancing. Also the Mansion is usually full especially since they've closed off M2 to guests cause of Greg. Lots of the guys staying there have appointments already and don't go down to the bar at night. They are understandably real cautious to new guests.

It has been terribly slow there this past couple of weeks. No gringo's staying there I guess. Last night I stopped by again, 25 girls and 1-2 guys. After 20 minutes I was the only guy. OK that sounds reasonable. So the 300 mil is for at least a relaxed 1 HR session and might give you an all-nighter? Then I think I should try and go there once. (Especially if you could point our your little kitten to me, as that is the kind of babe I would be into.)

I've never had a girl at the Mansion watch a clock. $300 k COP is currently typical for going back to your room and having a good time. Some will take $250 k if you are all into negotiating them down, but seriously inflation affects them too. Some want more, etc. - your mileage will vary, there are no set rates. $300 k is just a guideline. Personally, I don't bother negotiating. I just ask them to come up, then afterwards I give them $300 k and tip them above that if exceptional. I think word got around that I take care of exceptional girls, so they seem to try their best.

The other post recently said there is hardly any gringo there now? This is crazy! What do these people do, not giving some sort of instant reservation system, or at least a WhatsApp channel? The Mansion has a regular group of regulars and gets filled up. Grabbing one of the better rooms takes months of advance planning. They are the heart of the place, so they are cautious to new folks. But incredibly friendly once they figure out you are cool. They do not want innocents checking in and then reporting them because of what they saw. Just tell them "A couple friends of mine have been there recently and recommended it to me".

What they should do is something to get more guests. And the best way to do that would be to first open up a WhatsApp channel for more instant reservations.

Did you ask them for a number to WhatsApp? I believe their posted number is WhatsApp ready and if you ask for a number, I'm sure you'll get one. I like email because I get a nice table of room rates for various dates, but I haven't had any problem WhatsApp-ing them for quick questions.

Ah, because their reservations are so difficult to get.

I would be surprised if there actually were any lack of guests in the hotel. Generally they are booked up. Not all guests hang out in the bar that is next to the hotel. Anyway. One of the big issues with this whole establishment is that they have to stay under the radar. I think this is a big factor in their reservation and lack of promotion policies. Perhaps they have a tacit understanding with the powers that be as to some of the numbers. I don't know any of that. But they are operating in an area that is not zoned for what they are really doing and so considerable discretion is required as to the nature of their guests and the services they allow.

As for the new minimum rule of 300 K. Each girls is their own person. I had no problem paying 250 K and would sometimes tip. Girls with a good connection just want to see you again. They want to eat a meal, take a walk and most love showing you their country. But like I've said before in other countries, even though most girls would go with you for the transaction, its' much better once you establish a connection. Some guys put no effort into the chase and then complain about the experience. For me I want to have a GF or even a P.S. Experience and I don't want a clock watcher. They have a bar next door at night where there can be anywhere from 6-20 on average. Make reservations by email. I make mine a year in advance to get the room I want. Rooms similar to BB, nothing fancy. Breakfast is included.

Daytime girl numbers seemed high (7-12) when I first arrived at the end of July. I assume rent is due. Then it seem to drop to sometimes 2-3. My issue really is its the same girls everyday. So for me the bar is the place. I am always pulling a girl and at the same time getting numbers for my daytime action to come back. This trip I met plenty of first timers to the bar. And if you don't get their number you may not see them again. For most girls this is a word of mouth place to make a little extra cash when in a pinch. Some even travel into the city and stay a week to give it a try. It's safe, girls are vetted with ID and the "union" sort of keeps them in line. Most do not want to be banned from the place. The place really has a bit of family feel. I've known girls there for years that I've never been with. I've been to Medellin many times, but I never visited this place. I'll be there next month and I'm planning to hangout at the bar during night times to see the talents. I usually book girls for multiple hours as I love longer sessions. Some guys just want to fuck and call it a day.
