New announcement, wonder what really happened, I would hope if anyone paid for party will get a refund! Now only hotel guests aloud, wounded if it's every night now even in so called club! Hmmmm.

    Visiting as a Couple

My wife and I will be returning for our third (fourth for me) visit to the mansion end of March. In defense of the mansion, it really has been for a us a nice, relaxed, social, safe, and comfortable base of operations. We considered an AirBnb, but the costs after cleaning fees and related comes rather close to the mansion costs; and breakfast is not included. But we really enjoy the social environment of the mansion (guys and girls) and it really makes it a more relaxed experience; while staying somewhere right in the heart of all the shopping and restaurants we love (mostly the restaurants we are real foodie types).

Sometimes it is hit or miss for girls (and frustrating when a favorite girl is 'banned' for reasons unknown), but it's always a new adventure. We learned that some of the more mature girls make excellent tour guides too; so it isn't all indoor play. The guys we meet also make great company for checking out places at night; tips for where to eat or visit; and helping keep things safe and smart. We wish the pool was closed off and heated, but those are minor quibbles compared to the overall environment and company. Robert is a unique character, and his birthday part last year was amazing; sorry we will miss it this year.

BTW, folks should be aware that mid-January this year they did increase their room prices (they took down the posted prices on their web site and now mail out a higher-rate table). It's still very reasonable (compared to AirBnB rates) and the value of what they offer still makes it worth it for us.

He is a tough Aussie but right underneath all that is an honest, friendly, and compassionate person.

    Greg should be defenestrated.

Robert & Alexa are paying off Gregg 's part of ownership. He still hangs there some and has some say with employees and chicas out of respect. LOL, he hung at the pool for awhile & was telling the chicas to get off their phones.

I think they put out that the bar downstairs which has a separate entrance has "new management", but think it's just so they get in less trouble with the city, claiming the hotel & bar are separate (which they actually aren't).

I do hope that I'm paying a bit of a premium there for a little bit more peace of mind but still will remain cautious as should everyone.

    Mansion visit

    Hi all,

Planning on visiting Medellin and staying at mansion in 3rd week of January. I heard / read that they have new management now. Any thing to keep in mind or worry about safety wise? I have stayed there 4-5 times until 2019. But going after a long covid break now. Want to make sure the safety aspect is still there like before. Any one else going around then? Message me.

On a separate note, any intel the number of chicas passing through the Mansion nowadays? During my last visit, there were a fair amount around the M1 pool during daytime, and then once the bar opened up (at around 6 pm I believe), the numbers usually got into the double digits.
Was there in December. During the day, maybe five chicas, none that I'd want to fuck. At night in the bar was better, but varied a lot from night to night.

Yea the extra charge to enter the bar that was announced only lasted a couple days, then no charge for hotel guests. I was there the first week in December & it was really sparse in the bar at night. About a half dozen at pool daytime. I usually go in March & it's usually descent then, although not going in March this year. Robert the owners birthday party is usually the first weekend in March, & it's packed then.
