So what if you have a chica that is with you and after the session you invite her to swim in the pool with you, would that be allowed as long as she is there with you as a guest? Or is it absolutely no chicas in the pool whatsoever even with the dude who is paying to stay there?

If they open up the pool, I may actually use it to get in some exercise when I'm down there. If not, I guess the walk to and from the Metro stations with those hills might be enough.

I don't know about that but he is the actual owner of the Mansion, with Robert & Alexa part owners.

My understanding is that Gregg owns all the physical properties M1, M2 or Casa Blanca 1,2, as now called and had Robert and Boyd as partners in the Down Under Group business that paid rent to Gregg.

That's the same question I am trying to get answered. Hanging out with the guys flirting with the girls at the pool ordering rappi is how I spend a lot of my days there since I often have to stay close to my laptop for work. If the environment has changed I might just bite the bullet and do my first Thailand trip which I have been putting off for the past 5 years.

I'm here now. I'm a long time visitor at the Mansion and come 3-4 times yearly for years now. Here are the latest updates. There is no sale for now, but I still think the future is iffy. The hotel and bar are officially seperate, but we all know not. Still no chicas allowed at pool daytime which I think will last. They can only come in the day by appointment only & must leave when done.

So are you saying if a chica comes to the mansion for a date with you, you cannot relax with her in the outside seating area by the pool before or after the in room action? You have to take her to the room immediately & she has to leave immediately after exiting the room?

I wonder if the Mansion is uncovering the pool these days? The pool has been virtually useless for several years now because they had it covered all day long and it got no sun. But now they have no excuse not to open it up since no girls allowed in that area (like it was 15 years ago when I first stayed there).

Would have been 2006, right around in there. He was quite ill.

Yes, same guy. He stayed at our mansion in Buenos Aires before he moved to MDE, and he had a heart attack while he was staying with us. Disappeared for a couple of days, finally contacted us and was in some POS hospital out in the sticks so we got him into either Swedish Hospital or Hospital Alemand down there. He was in bad shape but I think recovered from that okay because he made it to MDE.

This is exactly what I was saying a Cpl weeks ago. How is the mansion any different than any other mediocre hotel with a pool that let's you bring girls in? Plus I was looking at their website and it looks severely overpriced too.

Thanks for the update husker this is not good news. If there are no girls during the day and the girls have to leave right after it has turned the place into a short time hotel right? Part of the fun was hanging by the pool with like minded guys and the girls would come in the afternoon. It kills the daytime social aspect of the place which made it worthwhile going to. I got a trip planned at the end of April and if girls aren't allowed at the pool I might as well switch to a nicer hotel and just call in my regulars.

Not a short term hotel. Guests of the hotel can bring girls in, but they, the guests, are booked for the day or days. I doubt if they have a short term option, its not that sort of place.

When I went to Santa Marta with Reina in October 2021 we stayed at a place called Sol Inn that was $120 k per night with a balcony with ocean front views, a hammock, strong AirCon, free towels to go to the beach, min fridge, flatscreen HDTV with claro TV and free breakfast incleded each day for $120 mil and that was on the coast in Santa Marta. As long as I could bring women from parque de LOS novios into Sol Inn (which I assume I could have because they let Reina in with me, a 20 year old, at the time, vennie with a fucked up barely legible Venezuelan cedula) then I fail to see how the mansion is any better. I mean maybe the bar if there's women you can just go and pull back to your room but other than that it doesn't sound like this mansion is all it is cracked up to be.

Anyone know any good guest friendly hotel in that area? I like the area when I stayed there last time and I don't mind the 50 k non-guest fee especially if they are ok with a quick peek at the talent before paying.

Except it isn't anymore if you read recent posts. There are no girls available on the property, only at the bar next door, and generally in evening only. So not much difference than staying in any other guest friendly hotel. You pick up your girl in whatever manner works for you, bring her into the hotel and she leaves her ID at the desk, or provides it in any case, then when you're done she leaves.

If you read the forum way way back like 20+ years ago there was a guy named Aussie Greg who was a regular contributer in the Medellin thread and was a personal friend of the owner of ISG. You can still see the reports and posts if you dig back far enough. That would be cool if it is fact the same dude.
