I spent one night there last week. I last stayed there 10 and 20 years ago when it was jumping with women and exciting. Now the place was sad. No repairs for years, the decor was about 20 years old. Now they have a bar with a separate entrance from the street, to comply with the Mayor's rules. No girls soliciting around the pool any more. If you want a woman from the Maison you have to go into the bar area and get one.

I went into the bar area twice. Once about 8 pm and the bar was totally empty. Second time about midnight and no women, 4 men. One woman was leaving with a hotel guest, she was trashy in my opinion with tattoos covering most of her body. She eyed me and tried to talk to me while going into the mansion with him; I supposed she wanted me to pick her the next day?? At midnight I asked the door man where the women were and he said there were 3 inside, but they were in the bathroom. I did not see any of them.

Beware of getting a room on the first floor, the noise from the bar disco prevents you from sleeping until 1 am when the bar closes, if you stay there get a second-floor room. The bar is simply a converted garage or basement with no windows and the entrance is outside.

Someone posted on google search that they gave the Mansion a 0 on a scale of 1-5 because that was the lowest they could rate it. I must concur. Its ok if you need a place for a night or two, one of the guests was talking about Blackbeard's resort in the Sosua area, and this was dead compared to Blackbeards. Sad it has not been maintained. Staff seem ok but will walk away when you ask for something. The room safe did not work and I spent my first hour trying to get 3 people to get it working. Breakfast is in another converted garage. Aussie Greg is not putting much money into this property. You can probably do better getting any hotel near Parque Lleras for less money.

Oh that's right, I forgot that Loutron does close earlier than the strip clubs like La Isla and Fase Dos. Looks like if I strike out at the hotel bar, then it will have to be the strip clubs or Parque Lleras. Between these two outlets, I think I would rather just pop over to Parque Lleras since I don't like the noisy and pressure to drink atmosphere of the strip clubs and risk bringing back a Lleras girl hoping that the hotel M security protocols will be adequate.

The mansion security for chicas checking in is very good. Thery check the cedula, write down their name, cedula #, and phone#. La Isla & Fase dos don't get going til 11 or midnight.

I, like you, prefer slimmer girls. I would think the number is closer to 40% at the mansion bar, so I am quite happy with the selection. The girls just get free rum / cokes and they have personal preferences. So, you can buy them other things (Smirnoff, Aguardiente, etc.) as you feel like and enjoy the smiles and thanks. They REALLY love the Aguardiente, though. One little bottle to share shots and there's a circle of girls all around you wanting to be your best friend. .

That is the kind of info I like to see. I do the same thing in the casas and it does set a good mood with the girls.

If these girls at the hotel bar also go to Parque Lleras as suggested already, then maybe they are the same demographics of girls at these two different locations in terms of looks and body shapes? Whenever I see videos of Parque Lleras, I like only about 20% of the girls, usually the slimmer ones. If it's the same 20% ratio at the hotel bar with much fewer girls there, then that's how I might strike out.

In my recent visits at the Mansion (and the bar), the talent has not been great. 10-20 women in the bar but maybe one that I was willing to pay for sex. Of course, all you need is one.

If the hotel bar strikes out for you after 10 pm when it busiest, Loutron is not an option. It is a casa, while it doesn't close as early as most casas, 9 or 10 pm is the latest it will be open, & you will need to arrive before that to get a session in. Loutron has pretty chicas, most surgically enhanced & they all have LOTS of rules. Gettin a GFE or a BBBJ is almost impossible. It is last on most mongers lists of places to get a date.

I believe that La Isla is the most high end strip club there and rates closer to Loutron rather than New Life.

Because the bar is a private safe meeting place with no cost entrance for girls and free drinks to get their nightly courage up and such. No one who knows you drives by or sees you.

Because the bar is a private safe meeting place with no cost entrance for girls and free drinks to get their nightly courage up and such. No one who knows you drives by or sees you. They come individually there and meet their friends and together (strength in numbers) grab an cab to wherever. They may not know 'who is out' that night, or have their numbers, or coordinated properly. So they can just show and see who is around and team up with whomever. But most would prefer meeting someone at the mansion bar since it is quicker, easier, and they mostly consider those guests safer (they can ask other girls about a guy they meet there) and less chance of being seen in public by someone they would have to explain things to.

When circumstances are good then I would guess that business at the Mansion bar is better than their chances in Lleras area. Later at night that may swing to favor places like Gustos or other Lleras area spots. Some of them have contacts in other areas and they are checking on which place looks more promising for business. Hence the back and forth.

The mansion's bar is really a stopping / break point for a lot of girls. If you hang there all evening, you will see them come and go in waves. A lot use it as a 'safe space' to get organized, get a drink, and meet up with other girls to head out to Park Lleras or similar.
