OK this is for anyone currently at the mansion or been there recently. I am trying to make a decision between there and Thailand. Been to the mansion 20+ times and I would just do Thailand but I only have 10 days and with jet lag and travel I felt it wasn't enough time so I am currently booked at the mansion for the end of April. My issue is that if they don't allow girls to hang out during the day it kills a social aspect of the place that made it worthwhile going to. I can't imagine a full house of men hanging by the pool with no girls there. Yes I have a roster of women I can call in so that's not an issue. Can someone tell me if it’s just a full house of men just doing their own thing with no girls at all. If that's the atmosphere and you have to deal with just the bar at night (which is fine but I'm a day person) I'm just going to bite the bullet and deal with a short fatigued Thailand trip. Please update on environment. Anyone.

Guys like me have a roster, so I just call them in. A few guys hanging poolside daytime. Most are making casa runs. Guys say energy has great lineup now & going to new life too.

I thought that lots of guys who stay at the Mansion are actually out much of the day either visiting casas or doing general tourist stuff. That's what I plan to do and hopefully tag along with guys doing the same. I can go out solo too but if there are guys who are already familiar with the city, I might as well go out with them.

They maintain it daily, not freezing cold, but too cold for me. A couple guys have been in.

So what if you have a chica that is with you and after the session you invite her to swim in the pool with you, would that be allowed as long as she is there with you as a guest? Or is it absolutely no chicas in the pool whatsoever even with the dude who is paying to stay there?

If they open up the pool, I may actually use it to get in some exercise when I'm down there. If not, I guess the walk to and from the Metro stations with those hills might be enough.

I don't know about that but he is the actual owner of the Mansion, with Robert & Alexa part owners.

My understanding is that Gregg owns all the physical properties M1, M2 or Casa Blanca 1,2, as now called and had Robert and Boyd as partners in the Down Under Group business that paid rent to Gregg.

That's the same question I am trying to get answered. Hanging out with the guys flirting with the girls at the pool ordering rappi is how I spend a lot of my days there since I often have to stay close to my laptop for work. If the environment has changed I might just bite the bullet and do my first Thailand trip which I have been putting off for the past 5 years.

I'm here now. I'm a long time visitor at the Mansion and come 3-4 times yearly for years now. Here are the latest updates. There is no sale for now, but I still think the future is iffy. The hotel and bar are officially seperate, but we all know not. Still no chicas allowed at pool daytime which I think will last. They can only come in the day by appointment only & must leave when done.

So are you saying if a chica comes to the mansion for a date with you, you cannot relax with her in the outside seating area by the pool before or after the in room action? You have to take her to the room immediately & she has to leave immediately after exiting the room?

I wonder if the Mansion is uncovering the pool these days? The pool has been virtually useless for several years now because they had it covered all day long and it got no sun. But now they have no excuse not to open it up since no girls allowed in that area (like it was 15 years ago when I first stayed there).

When was this that Gregg had the heart attack? I've known him 20 years and up until the last 6 he always seemed a pretty strapping dude.

Would have been 2006, right around in there. He was quite ill.

Yes, same guy. He stayed at our mansion in Buenos Aires before he moved to MDE, and he had a heart attack while he was staying with us. Disappeared for a couple of days, finally contacted us and was in some POS hospital out in the sticks so we got him into either Swedish Hospital or Hospital Alemand down there. He was in bad shape but I think recovered from that okay because he made it to MDE.
