One "solution" the Mexican government has come up with is opening up a new publicly funded military type boarding school in the Tijuana area where kids will be recruited from the poor neighborhoods to go to these schools and receive decent education and training. The idea is it will keep them out of trouble and make them productive citizens, as opposed to going down the wrong path into poverty and criminality. My opinion on this is, maybe their intentions are good but why does it have to be a military type academy? Why can't they just pump that same funding into the public school system already in place?

Tijuana has a booming booming economy, by Mexican standards and by any international standards. There is no shortage of money in Tijuana, therefore I think there's no reason why Tijuana shouldn't have the best education system in Mexico and even on par with American schools.
Just speculating. But the reason it's going to be a military academy is that the funding will come out of the defense budget. Let's be real. Someone has to pay for the improved public schools. The ultra elites in Mexico holds most of the money. They send their kids to Switzerland private schools. I just don't see them contributing. If defense pays for it, then they got to have a benefit. Besides. Kids from the poorest neighborhoods are a little rough around the edges. They are going to put a little more effort into tasks if their instructor looks and acts more like Lee Ermey than Shelly Duval.

This is off-topic, but something that's been a mystery to me; maybe you know: where do Mexicans here get all this money? They party every weekend like it's 1999. By any measure, Tijuana should be in the toilet, financially. There are very few US tourists in Tijuana right now and almost none on the beaches and it's been this way for over a year. I realize tourism isn't all there is to Tijuana, but exports in 2020 were down 6%, along with every other economic indicator.
A lot of Mexicans in Tijuana make a good living. Now, you aren't seeing the Tijuana school teachers and bus drivers blowing money in Tijuana. But I met many woman online who travel all over the world for vacations who have regular jobs. I met a lot woman in Tijuana that have been to places in USA I will never get to. I have a friend, who 2 years ago wanted her asylum in USA, now she won't leave Mexico. Even though she's without papers in maxixe and keeps getting fired as their government tracks downs illegals and forces their employer to fire them. But she finds new job, enjoys her cheap rent and low cost of living and sees the pictures and living condition if she moves to LOS Angeles to make 30 k a year cleaning hotel rooms and sharing a bedroom in a house of 15 people.

The San Ysidro California public school district looks the other way while US citizen kids cross the border every day to illegally attend American public schools there. I say "illegally" because even though they're US citizens they don't live in the district or pay taxes in the district. Therefore the taxpayer money that's supposed to be there for the education and enrichment if San Ysidro residents gets spread extra thin to support the out of district kids who are cheating the system. I honestly don't have a dog in this fight. If San Ysidro voters don't have a problem with it then it is what it is. But what I want to see is a reality where these kids don't see crossing the border every day and attending a school that they're not legally supposed to be attending as their best option. I want these kids to be able to attend good quality public schools in Tijuana. How do we make that happen? For now just keep organizing, keep lobbying, keep advocating for change and progress.

Well, of course if they enlist in the US Navy. But if they did that, they'd be US soldiers, not Mexican soldiers.

You'd sound gay if you said you liked men in short shorts. I too am a sucker for girls in dresses, bit you have to be careful with that in the clubs. Very often girls wear dresses to hide the baby damage and stretch marks. Always check the goods first.

Mexican soldiers earn USD $k-7 k per month?

I popped my Tijuana escort cherry first but I popped my Tijuana bar girl cherry at Chavelas so it was one of my favorite places too. Good memories too of the chica. She'd lived in Chicago before getting deported and ultimately ending up in Tijuana so her English was passable and although my Spanish still sucks it was even worse back then thus the ability to easily communicate made for a smooth first bar girl experience. I got oral natural without even asking and she treated me well even told the door knock dude to buzz off. As I was about to pop, I asked "donde mi leche" (I told you my Spanish was terrible) and she pointed to her mouth, peeled off the condom, and took a throatpie. She then proceeded to suck out every drop by repeatedly squeezing the base of my shaft and pulling upward while sucking. Afterwards while taking a shower to head back downstairs she grabbed my cock and what I thought was her being kind enough to ensure the royal penis was clean turned into her trying to stick my cock in her standing doggy but Mr. Happy was not cooperating because enough time hadn't passed for him to stand at full attention. I still think about her from time to time. Never saw her again. She was older maybe late 20's to early 30's and somewhere between a 6-7 in looks. There were hotter chicas but she made me feel really comfortable and relaxed.

But, let's get back to the real thread, shall we? LC has turned into a HK overflow club; many chicas from HK seem to go there to relax from the HK hustle and bustle. It also seems like a great place for chicas to check their phones, you know, to chat with family, their boyfriends, and their PLMs.
Believe it or not quite a few serve in the military for the very attractive benefits that they wouldn't be receiving elsewhere. I'm sure you're familiar with recruiting offices where recruiters promise these little 18 year olds who are still shitting green how they're going to be big macho heroes, and women are going to throw themselves at you, and all these big $10,000 signing bonuses. They promise these poor kids the sun the moon and the stars. Most of the grunts out on the front lines are always the ones from poor backgrounds.

And then some times like in Vietnam when they can't trick enough Americans to enlist, they started signing up unfit men with very low IQ scores, guys who were classified as mildly retarded. They were throwing these poor guys out in the middle of the jungle on the front lines. Read a book called "McNamara's Folly". They were cannon fodder. Then they started drafting guys, basically forcing them to wage an illegal war against their will. Kill for us or go to prison. Trump was smart, he dodged Vietnam. Trump's daddy got his personal doctor to write up a fake doctors note so the great American Patriot little donny wouldn't have to risk his precious little orange neck for the country he claims to love and respect so much. "Private bone spurs".

Most of the guys I know who served were screw ups and basically their parents forced them into the military to "get your shit together". Truth be told these guys never gave a crap about their "country". Nor did they remotely have a clue of what they were signing up for. The military-industrial complex, they don't teach that in school for a reason. War and military conflict is a for profit, money making enterprise. While you're talking about how much you "love your country", billionaires like trump, gw bbush, dick cheney are laughing all the way to the bank. War profiteers.

But back to Las Chavelas, yea it basically seems to be HK chicas break room. Walking through HK I spotted one of my newer favorite street chicas Fany. I tipped her a couple dollars and squeezed her perfect phat natural ass. I was banging her as a street chica for 500 a pop at hotel el Porton but I guess she decided to try to get some of that big HK money. That was Thursday around 6 pm, Chavelas and HK together had a ratio 3 to 1 chicas to guys.

I never said it was. In the context he wrote it, it can only mean 2 things: USD or MXN. If it's MXN, it shouldn't be stated as $ regardless of what they do here to confuse the hell out of tourists. But, aside from that mostly moot point, Mexican soldiers don't make 2,000 pesos per month, nor do they make 7,000 pesos per month. The starting pay for an enlisted solder is about 15,000-16,000 pesos ($800) per month. Officers can make up to 37,000 pesos ($1,800) per month, depending on who you ask.

Let military organization set them straight, train them for skills, teach them responsibility, discipline, setting goals in life, something their irresponsible, ignorant, alcoholic, drugs addicted parents fail to do. Let the drill sergeants straighten them out, train and teach them skills to fight crimes and drugs cartels, doing infrastructure or public works, and become straight and productive citizens for the rest of their lives. Countries would have to float more cash in their money market, which could cause short-term inflation, but that would stimulate the economy, develop infrastructure, improving productivity and outputs, while solving both unemployment and crime problems.

And that goes for all countries. In Venezuela 18 year olds enlist in the military as a source of food to eat. When the government hands out the food rations loyal government soldiers are the first in line so they are lucky to never go hungry, while the general population gets to fight over the leftover scraps.
