You are presenting an opinion on DR women that may be rather sweeping, but not overly aggressive IMHO and could be open for discussion.

I see women there, especially those in the lower economic stratus, as being in a tough spot. Good jobs are hard to come by in the DR. Poor decisions early in life resulting in children and no father in sight can make for a desperate situation. Do I fault them for this. No. In fact that is one of the things that draws me to them.
