    Gajith,

Try Elizabeth hotel as SGD75 = PHP2600 or roughly in my book. Nice place I always stay there. Or try Golden Prince across the road, Quest of Mandarin Plaza. Preference is alwas the Elizabeth. All within the budget you note.

    Check your PMs also.

Floors are tile and tile in the hall also, and with hollow-core doors it can be a little noisy, esp when some drunk skanks come in late. There is Star movies on the tv, and CNN news. No sports. Easy walk to Ayala mall. Cross under the overpass and its much safer. Enter Ayala mall near Starbucks. Or cross the busy street and meet your girl at the PUV terminal. Free breakfast, no big deal.

It's 2800p for the king bed rooms. Thats it, no ++ I suggest book direct, or walk in, and screw the online services that charge hotels for listings.
    Thanks Jambo,

I was at Elizabeth the same time and while it shook and shaked as you would expect, no cracks so a solid build. Room rates similar if you go direct (cheaper actually and net net).

    Check your PMs.

Gangles. Check the emails re the above, but the Elizabeth was fine very strong same as Marriott. Never been keen on Parklane since the Elizabeth opened but some will disagree.

that place has been 'under construction' for years. almost a decade it seems.

i heard through the bamboo grapevine the place was built one bag of cement at a time and to sub-standard specs. even the support columns are supposed to be made from bagged cement. i have never seen a cement truck there, ever.

i have never stayed there and probably never will. to save a few php the risk to my health is not worth it.

if you do take one for the team and stay there, post a review. i'm sure it would help someone out since mp has yet to be reviewed.

Newbs should take note that some of the sub-1000php / night rooms listed are NOT GF. They might Be ok if you check-in with the same filipina and stick with her for your entire stay. YMMV.

Much better to book a mid-level hotel where you blend in if you have plans to bring a different filipina to your room every day.

    Interesting link though.

Thanks for the kind words sir. I am just back from my trip to the philli and have just written a short report on the disappointing night I had in mango vikings and then in J Ave. But my trip to Cebu went really well as I had lined up a few girls from the internet to meet when in Cebu. So after my first disappointing night in Cebu. I met up with a mixed Japanese-Fillipino beauty and had such a good time with her that ended up spending my next 4 days in Cebu with her. Stayed at the Parklane Cebu which was pretty decent save for the midget sized toilets.

Planning to hit Cebu and Manila again in November and hoping to have better luck with the bars this time.

No worries given that you were somewhat busy the few days prior.

As for Ms MIA she has surfaced but very slowly trying to coax her out of her shell which seems to be very firmly held on her by the family. Little steps as some stay.

Platonic and Ms MIA are not words that I would associate in the same sentence for you (or me or that matter LOL). Nice girl, clever. Intelligent and kinky all in one. A yummy combination.
