I've never been to Mainhatten but I know it's accessible and close to a train station. Sharks in Darmstadt and Oase are both easy to get to via public transport and taxi. I'm staying in Darmstadt next week.

Sorry, forgot to say, FKK Palace is North / North East of the main station. Industriehof is the nearest station and dis a very short walk, you need to get a 'you' train from HBF but will have to change at Bockenheimer something or other.
