I read the article with the help of Google Translator and I don't understand the context. Are these people the owners of DVR? Is DVR shut down? DVR is the closest PT within driving distance of where I stay in Germany 2-3 times per year and I always go there. The AO policy is always a nice option if the mood is right during a session.
