Went to this place with a local friend in a rainy today in Negombo. The place is the basement of an inn near Jetwig Blue Hotel. This place was flooded because of the rain today. First the receptionist said they closed, but then the manager showed up when we were about to leave. He charged us 3500 are each (too much). There were two ladies in their 30's, look okay, not very good. My lady asked if I wanted a HJ which I was not interested. I had a massage and gave her 1000 are for tip since she has a 3.5 years old daughter to take care.

Place: dark and smell, bath has no hot water, floor was flooded with water.

Ladies: Okay looking.

I went to this place 2 days ago, it is a guest house located in a city in between Wattala and Katunayeka area. I went there with 3 of my friends and got 3 girls aged 18 - 23. The one I got was in early twenties. Had an awesome session. Even though she said she is 20 years. She is a skinny and short girl with very small bust. Little dark color body and a long hair.

The price you have paid is too much mate! Specially in that area, you can get a massage with FS for that amount. If you have seen the girls and thought the entrance was too much, should have moved ahead to a different place. Now the spas in Negombo are drying up without customers, so they will offer anything to get a customer (in your case, the receptionist said CLOSED but the manager said OPEN) or they will try to rip you off. So be mindful.
