I frequented Crazy House in most of my visits to Bangkok and it was usually 3,000 BHT for short time. Some of that was the car fine. That included BBBJ and CFS. CIM and COF were extra. Visit a few popular Thai Escort sites and you will see plenty of girls listing 7,000+ baht as their Long Time/Overnight rate with 3,000+ baht as their standard 2 hour Short Time rate.
