I had an STD (Gonorrhea) from a BBBJ with CIM. It was in FKK land some years ago. I speak about it openly. No problem. The doctor cured me. If you want to be absolutely sure to get no STD then you should simply not have sex. You can opt to have a CBJ and risk is not zero but minimal. If you want BBBJ and you want to reduce the risk of an STD just take care that your dick doesn't go into her throat. Then you will be mostly just fine. So don't accept deepthroat. If you do deepthroat anyway than the girl has to be infected to give you the disease. So, it still is not very likely to get that disease. But if the girl does have an STD in her throat (e. G. Gonorrhea or Chlamydia) and she deepthroats you the chances are minimal that you will be safe. Contact your doctor soon and in a week or so you should be done. Just one side note: it can hurt quite bad. But then you will have no hesitation visiting your doctor.

Just a little extra for people who want to know. STD's cannot survive in a person's mouth. But in the throat they can, notably Gonorrhea and Chlamydia. That is because of a different kind of 'skin' and saliva. If you still want to know more, ask your doctor.

Another really bad thing about Manila is the traffic. It's worse than Bangkok's. And I hear Jakarta's traffic is even worse than Manila (holy moly). Agree that if you've never been to The PI, then it's worth a visit, as there are some interesting things to see and do as a first-time tourist. Don't know really how you can stay central to everything as a first time visitor trying to go see this and that as a tourist. I found places to be spread all over the city, including all the top tute locations. Was a pain. And although I agree that Filipino food is not as good as Thai, I did find some good places to eat, including some more high-end joints. Also had to try some of the local fare, including Jollibee LOL! Couldn't go there without hitting up the bee!

Greenbelt, Manila and Ayala, Cebu suit me: walking distance to food and daytime entertainment and a short taxi to fun at night. Of course, YMMV.

Depends. PI has some nice and interesting areas and the internet now means that girls are available everywhere, not just the traditional red light areas. If you like big cities and bright lights, its Manila or cebu but there are many areas that offer natural attractions, beaches, diving, surfing etc. Just do some research or reach out to the old hands in the PI board.

It's time for me to consider a visit to PI. Maybe a total 8 week trip to Asia. First 3 weeks in Thailand, then 1 or 2 weeks in PI, then finish up in Thailand.

The downside is MNL is more expensive than AC, but comparable to BKK more or less. I. E. A night with a Go Go girl will cost roughly the same amount in BKK or MNL. So, check it out. It is a no lose situation even if it turns out you prefer Thailand over the PI.
