Hey guys, just new here. You guys ever heard of safe sex? I was in Hat yai last year and hooking up with thai girls is not really that problem but why bother thinking of impregnating a TG when you can actually skip that part and and enjoy the experience.

As they say, Thailand is "Same Same, But Different". Ditto for Thai women, birth control in LOS, etc. Fortunately, since I only ever go to 2 countries, and am only at risk of impregnating a female in one of them, I don't have to concern myself with "any woman around the globe".

Then of course one can decide to walk away just t as he has drank a glass of plain water.

I plan to keep returning to BKK, so that might be easier said than done.

Sometimes there is debate about whether gogo girls can be good in bed.

I would say in the last year I have only had two girls that were duds from Cowboy, making about a 90% success rate. This comes partly from seeking advice from a regular girl about which other girls have good attitude. One dud girl was from Tilac. Most other girls were good enough to repeat. this is the dose / regimen for unprotected sex, it is what we give to sexual assault / [CodeWord123] victims, male or female, so if you have unprotected sex and you want to take precautionary measures take this:

ceftriaxone (rocephin) 125 mg i'm (intramuscular) single dose / or cefixime (suprax) 400 mg po single dose + metronidazole (flagyl) 2 gm po single dose + azithromycin 1 gm po single dose / or doxycycline 100 mg po bid for 7 days.

this would cover chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, trichomoniasis and possibly prevention from obtaining pid from a infected female.

this is a guideline only. these are for treatment of std's and for infectious diarrhea, the malaria is for prevention.

po= oral.

bid= twice a day.

std's.

chlamydia: azithromycin 1 gm single dose or doxycycline 100mg po bid for 7 days.

syphillis: doxycycline 100mg po bid for 14 days.

gonorrhea: cefixime (suprax) 400mg po (single dose)

pid: levofloxacin (levaquin) 500 mg po daily + metronidazole (flagyl) 500 mg po bid for 14 days.

infectious diarrhea / travelers diarrhea.

ciprofloxacin (cipro) 500 mg po bid 3-5 days.

dog / cat bite (never know when you are in some 3rd world chit hole)

amoxicillin clavulanate (augmentin) 875 mg po bid x10 days.

malaria (prophylaxis)

doxycycline : 2 mg / kg day up to 100mg po starting 1-2 days before exposure until 4 weeks after returning.
