CM2 in Novotel Siam might be the place for blond russians and latinos. Not many tho. Entry 650baht with dress code. Rate is 3000+ST and 8000+LT.

Some uzbek at grace hotel. You can notice them in the coffee shop attached to the hotel bet 6 to 9 pm then at night they go to the disco but entry is 200b. You can see them also in the arabic area near soi3 sukm. Rate is 1000/1500ST not sure about LT but I guess they would go for 4000/5000.

Went to rajah hotel yesterday about 9PM about 20 girls sitting in 3 tables each table has different price. 2700, 2900 and 3100 (they call the last super stars LOL) only ST one shot and only in the hotel (no takeaway) , girls are very average may be one I call it good looking but not stunner, and they all Uzbek not Russians, some of the 1000 baht street walkers are better looking.
