On Walking street there are some Non Thai women plying their trade in the evening time. They are usually from some of the former Russian states. Also I've seen some reports on other forums that some African girls are working in Pattaya. Expect to pay around 1500 baht for short time and apparently the service is generally poor.

Mixx Disco at the end of Walking street is supposed to have some Russian freelancers but I couldn't find any in Jan 2010.

I am heading over there next week, so I'll have a good scout and report back here on the Russian situation.

BTW the Russian clubs, Moulin Rouge and Galaxy on Walking street are best avoided as they are rip off joints, and the women in those clubs don't offer sex I believe, or if they do its at an extremely high rate, like well over $1000 dollars for short time.

I think its worth adding a thread for Non Thai women, as there clearly is a market for white women, and women of other nationalities who are operating as sex workers in Thailand.
