There's a small lounge area, a room to do the HIV test and then a couple of rooms with a bed in each and some S&M kit around. You leave your clothes on a rail and your valuables are deposited with the hosts for safekeeping. The main complaint was that I thought that the bath / shower was a little inadequate for the number of attendees.

Food : Soup, bread, bar snacks, soft drinks. Did the job but not a banquette.
