Welcome back SL, took a long while for you to return, and now you are. After July 1st.

As I wrote in the SG thread: apparantly the lawyers of SG did not read the law very detailed.

I'm pretty sure that SG-Parties are the only ones at all who read the entire text of the law, including all the comments of the draft-law.

Once again, as I already wrote in the SG thread: The whole thing revolves around one simple fact, namely whether there's a sexual act of more than just an acting nature performed for a recompense. If not, then the "law" doesn't apply at all, "condom duty" included. The new SG-Parties concept is taylor-made to fit these circumstances.

Of course one can be absolutely certain that at least before the end of next week at least one of the SG-Parties events gets raided, because some Dirtbag competition (propably form up north) files some unfounded bogus charges against them. I'm also 100% certain that the "authorities" of whatever sort will leave there pissed off about the bogus charges, just like they did after the useless raid on TUE June 27th in Wülfrath, which yielded nothing for them. And I'm pretty sure that the forementioned Dirtbag competition will be ground into mulch before the end of July, if for nothing else than their repeated false accusations.

The good thing is, that chances of another raid in Wülfrath in the next months are somewhere around zero. One raid without result should be enough to keep "them" away for quite a while.

The only good news is that finally the SG parties are NOT overcrowded anymore, so probably probably more will visit it the coming weeks.

Remains to be seen. Holiday time should prevent parties from being overcrowded anyway.

Yes, of course. Typical attitude. Fear about complete nonsense. A simple raid doesn't produce any legal letters. That would only happen along with a substantial accusation. I've been through two raids at sex parties so far, I've never gotten any mail about that at all.

There is only one single point in that entire "law" which applies to customers at all, and that's the "condom duty". Provided that the entire law is applicable. So customers of a rubber-party aren't affected at all. Funny thing that I was told that Laureen Pink had only 3 guests at her first July condom-party. How stupid is that?

The appeals might work if filed by foreigners. The legal challenge you mentioned is propably the constitutional complaint filed by the "Doña Carmen e. V. " from Frankfurt. Doña Carmen is quite an interesting group. They propose that all sexworkers who follow the rules and register themselves should do so by making full use of that "law". Namely that (1) they should all register under the same artist name "Alice Schwarzer" and (2) state all 11000 communities as places where they PLAN to work in the future. They call it "Gib Repression keine Chance. Now imagine only 2000 sexworkers follow that appeal, then that's 22 million e-mails that have to be send out to the 11000 municipalities in order to inform them about the plans of those 2000 sexworkers to work in their community. I'm also curious about the "hoor-passport" that will contain the names of all those 11000 communities and about how local "authorities" will handle those registrations within 5 days, which they are required to do by law. Should be interesting.

Of course, there are some events by genuine amateurs which clearly fall outside any interpretation of the law. One in a couple of weeks seems to be getting a long list of attendees, as you know.

Well, chances of getting as many different party places as before are zero. Unless / until the law gets officially declared invalid, I don't think that more than of a handful of organizers will survive.

SG-Parties will be one of them. Another one will be Melanie Moon, at least with her freebie movie shootings. Same goes for Sexy-Natalie. Gina Blonde has good chances too, provided she can work out how to pay the 2nd woman without paying her for sex. Salma de Nora's parties would likewise have good chances to survive, but I seriously doubt that she's smart enough to take the proper actions. Privately organized AO events will also continue. And some of the rubber-events should find a way to go on as well.

Finding all those events will be the big difficulty, because next to no one can advertise for it properly anymore, especially not like they did in the past.

And here's my prediction for the first ones to get smashed:

(1) GB01 / GB Media in Stuhr etc (Their ads are really laughable; they might as well donate the fines to the city upfront. Same goes for the guys who go there.).

(2) beöse Mädchen "Swingertreff" in Stuttgart (Too undisciplined to work themselves around the "law".).

(3) MEGA-Extrem in Zaberfeld (No. 3, unless they take an extended summer vacation and others get trashed before they return. Since they have to pay the women a pay of artists, their movie productions are all of a sudden defined as prostitution since July 1st. The fact that the men don't have to pay anything is beside the point.).

(4) Maybe Spermastudio, dependent on how their contracts are laid out. Since I believe that they also have to pay the women for their sexual acts, that's defined as prostitution as well. Or do the women there fuck for free? If that were the case, then they're off the hook.

Well, well, now. SG-Parties have developed a party concept, which (because they don't employ any prostitutes) is not the least bit covered by the "prostitutes-protection law" (ProstSchG) at all, and then next to no guys show up!

There was a little over a dozen guys there at the party in Mörfelden on July 3rd, two of the 5 private couples had left pretty quickly when they saw how few guys were present. But there were still 3 couples and 2 women left who wanted to be done by this pathetically low number of guys. So all guys were practically in party heaven! Provided they could produce enough cream all by themselves.

Exceptionally great were the shows that Gundula, Jessy Jay and even that stripper guy Brandon had put on the stage. (Alice was missing. I'the guess that she got cancelled due to the lack of registrations.) What Gundula and Jessy had put on the stage was beyond description!

So, the shows were great, the women were great, the fucking was great, the food was good, even the weather was good, everybody present was in a good mood, except for the organizers of the event. I would have donated a pack of paper handkerchief tissues if I had one on me, because the hole that this party must have ripped into their purse must be quite large.

Imagine having a party to which the ProstSchG doesn't apply, having 5 cum-hungry pussies around, and then next to no guys show up! Which makes 2 more couples leave shortly after arriving.

And all this because of "German Angst" (=fear) of a "law" that doesn't even define a territorial area of application and is invalid due to numerous other formal errors, not the least of which is the "condom-duty", which best I can tell is constituting an act of genocide according to the "Völkerstrafgesetzbuch" and the underlying UN-resolution.

Then there's the "law about the misdemeanor offences", the Administrative Offences Act (OWiG), which also doesn't define any territorial area of application anymore, other than ships and aircraft under BRD flag.

Given all that, SG still go through all the trouble and work out a party concept that is not even covered by that invalid "law" in the first place, and then still next to no one shows up! Shame on you!

I could be happy, because that means more time with the women for me myself. But if this should continue, SG would be broke in a month, and I would lose a great place to party with horny private women.

On the way
Had panned to reach by opening time (2:45 pm), but because of longer than expected meeting and congested roads, I finally arrived in the vicinity around 3:50 pm. Very central location in the city but easy underground (paid) parking. Very easy place to locate with the address and google maps (street view available for once in Germany). No sign, just go up the stairs (strenuous four floors).

Arrival
Welcomed by a smiling bloke. Speaks good english.
Usual testing and valuables storing (boxes for clothes, valuable given to organisation).
And on the colored wristband.
Very straightforward arrival and procedures: always a relieve when you do not master the German language.

The place
Located on 4th floor of the building. The place is on two floors.
Floor 1: Welcome/testing booth, 4 rooms, toilets, bathroom.

• 1 room used for organisation.
• 1 room used as changing room.
• 1 play room with 1 bed and 1 gyn chair.
• 1 play room with 1 bed.
• Testing booth in the corridor on the left just behind the (small) spiral staircase.

Floor 2: the attic tsyle room with Bar and play room

• 1 bar on the left.
• 1 big play area with a few seating facing it.

Overall a bit on the small size especially the top floor (size is good but with the leaning walls because being the attic, it reduces the place where you can stand). Place is clean and quite good for these kind of parties.

The girls

• Yvonne: very good looking MILF. In very good shape: small tits, nice ass, very tonic body. Very nasty, always on action. In the more than two hours I attended, I saw her take a break for. 10 minutes only. My star of the party.
• Maggy: ok looking MILF.

The experience
Arrived late, so had to reduce my time there as I had commitment afterwards miles from Stuttgart: overall stayed a little bit more than two hours there.
