In my opinion, it is simply not possible to state across the board what location has the most value. That is up to the individual. Because if you are not buying what I am buying then you will not be spending the money that I am spending in a particular location.

It is sort of like the appearance of girls. I think the girls of the Dominion Republic are more attractive than the girls of Medellin. But I have not been to Cali yet. And I am being told that the girls there are more to my tastes. Cali curves.
