Most girls indeed don't 'care' about the weather and don't spend much time sunbathing outside because they are there to make money, but making money is a LOT easier for them if the weather is cooler and all the men are all grouped inside and not scattered outside. During hot weather they have to expand their hunting grounds, having to go outside and wobble on those stupid high heels on an uneven garden path trying to motivate men chilling next to the pool to fuck them. So instead of burning money (paying for a flight + paying to live near Darmstadt + paying entrance in Sharks) and wasting energy on unmotivated sunbathing men, a lot of girls decide to take vacation themselves. "If you can't beat them: join them. ".

Relatively few girls venture outside during hot weather and you see very few pickups outside because most men just want to chill near the pool, and inside the club is actually quite empty making it quite difficult for girls to make money. Most girls only come outside during feeding time if there is an outside BBQ.
