Unfortunately website reports that is has been closed since November 3rd. You can try reading the Austria threads for their predictions or which way the government is leaning towards re-opening. Massimo Potente posts a but I think just in Vienna thread.

I know one thing. From having read these recent posts. When life returns to normality. And it will. I'm headed to Wellcum. The idea of a hotel slightly attached you can go in and out of the club from appeals.

From overhead view of property, you can see that that the club is easily 2-3 km from civilization. You leave civilisation at Karntnerstr and Stossau. It would be a nice, uphill 42 minute hike from Arnoldstein station: https://goo.gl/maps/3hsj76PzwbTZwXA9A.

Not shown is that you are at the foot of mountains which can be backdrop for some photos. I imagine many Italian men, both married and "mammoni" (middle-aged bachelors living with mama) sell this off as a ski trip or a summer trip to the mountains. You are paying a little bit more than you would in Darmstadt. WGs cost 70 EUR per 30 minutes. Entry is 85 EUR. Hotel starts at 62 EUR night. But during low season, it looks like they have sales promotions and packages: https://wellcum.at/clubhotel-only-85...days-in-march/.

Given its remote location, I would say that most visitors are driving a few hours. Unless you greet them with English or German first, reception will just start speaking Italian to you (just to give you a general idea of the tourist to locals ratio). Eyeballing the clientele, many Italian mongers arrive in groups, so I suspect some of these Italian men are just casual mongers who monger 1-2 times a year. These Italian men may splurge more, because for them mongering is an "occasion" as opposed to something they do on a weekly basis. As such, their demands in the room might be lower. That is not to say that Wellcum has a lot of rip-off girls. To be fair, I have not had a high opinion of the average service level of Sharks WGs since 2016.

I will love to see your last sentence come true! If FKKs go back to how they were 10 years ago, like it was in Atlantis and World back then. That would be like going to back to the golden ages of FKKs. Amen!

I think Atlantis shut up shop in 2004 but I've always loved the irony of how we view it as this mythical lost club given it's name.

If you think about it, that may not neccesarily be an entirely unrealistic scenario. Theres bound to have been a lot of shakeup among the girls, many going back to their origins. So new ones hopefully entering the scene, break-up of the Ro gangs of girls whos been lazy and bad providers. You never know.

The only but major difference is that girls nowadays are extremely lazy and assume that a minimum of 100 euros is required to cover the right to be with them in a room, to kick on actions, they want more and each bit of action cost you 50 euros. OK I barely exaggerate but old good times of FKK are gone when girls were happy to be fully yours for 75 euros / h all inclusive and more. Todays generation has grown up with too much attention, care and money so they can't be efficient prossies.

I don't know if same finances for GT German boss, but yes, as I often wrote, when now closed since more than 1 year, when didn't reopen like LR, and don't know if will reopen same after a polizei control but not about WGs, but wish girls will get private shower for reopening, and I think more about Germans than Romanians who are usually higher level for hygiene, rather than cat washing in toilets behind desk and tasting toilets on foreplay. As told one here and I liked his: eau de toilets, for GT perfume. A LR then GT cooker moved to 6 ens NL like few GT girls. When I don t think so much for German brothels on 2021 which is worst than 2020 for Germany, but maybe NL could reopen under heat, and beautiful YY is really missing, would be great if allowed to reopen and I m sure many NRW WGs would move for freedom to work there, like some WGs like Sharks for same. You go to your room from same desk you enter the club. You should find some girls proposing you for the night for 1000. For club, same like in Germany, but for 70/30 and entry 85. Pretty sure should open for Summer like on last Summer, when I really doubt for Germany. In Austria, but everything is written in Italian. Bad, no more foods at night after midnight.

It's completely different at Welcum. I've stayed at World and you basically get a room to sleep for 8 hours or less. It's just another sex room, albeit one of the nicer ones. You "check in" to your room towards the end of the night but have to be out when the club opens. I stayed there for the novelty of it but it's actually not a very good deal. 100 euro for a short time, during which you may not get very good sleep because the club has music playing until late and blasts the music when they open.

At Welcum, it's an actual hotel attached to the club but separated by a shared lobby and front desk. If they have the finances they should go ahead and construct a hotel. Now is the best time as customers will not be affected by noise and activity. They will certainly recoup their expenses when FKKs reopen.

FKK World in Pohlheim-Garbenteich offers rooms for overnight stay, but I have never tried that myself. I have seen a couple of reports on World thread about mongers staying a few days in the club.

If the clubs were currently open, I suppose Sharks customers could be inconvenienced by the activity, but why would Sharks customers be bothered by noise of construction, when there is always loud music playing 16 hours a day and moaning sounds from adjacent rooms?

The only FKK with an on-site hotel that I am aware of is Wellcum in Austria. Wellcum is more like a secluded resort (probably 15 minutes drive from nearest hotel), whereas Sharks is in an industrial area with many competing hotels nearby within a 3 km radius. The food at Wellcum is also significantly better. If I were to book a 7-day package, where I would not be leaving the confines of the club, Wellcum would be the better choice from a "resort" perspective. I don't think I could survive on seven days of Sharks food without ordering delivery.

The hotel at Wellcum is adjoining, so you do not have to constantly change in and out of your street clothes. You simply stay in your robe, walk past reception and up the stairs to your hotel room any time you want to sleep or take a Zoom call (someone correct me if I am wrong on that). Can you take a WG to your private hotel room for a session at Wellcum? That would seem outside of the range of club security. But if that is possible, I would get a BBBJ for every Zoom call.

Deviating from the discussion of on-site hotels, if work from home becomes the norm post-CV19, will we start seeing many fly-in mongers doing month long visits to FKK land 3-to-6 times a year? That would ruin the pricing for the locals!

Let's start with the statement that you are 60 and you claim you don't need to pay for "girls", does that mean let's say under 30 ? Not very believable.

I think it was more or less clear, I only pay for natural, beauties which means for me around 20 YO, with my age 60 this is more or less impossible in normal life so I have to pay for having sex with this kind of girls. Fortunately, I can still have sex for free with woman in the 33+ but of course I will pay some restaurants, hotels but not for sex.

Wellcum was open on last Summer but closed now, but pretty sure should reopen under heat with wonderful Carinthian mountains around, like ZH should also, when really not sure for Germany. I was proposed by some girls for the night at Wellcum, but I preferred to go to sleep with my friend bicycle in my car. At the moment, Zeus. Sz and Cleo. Be are open in Switzerland.
