That is classic cheap charlie, asshole behavior. If you agreed to an hour and the girl honors her end of the deal, you should honor your agreement too whether you win or lose with management. In your scenario you are already in the room with her and too late to say no. You are not saying what "bad" is. But if she has kept her part of the deal, then you should keep yours.
