For the info of fellow punters, and it was asked earlier. One can go by bus from the Darmstadt train station. Go to Stand 1 and take Bus 'are', about 10 minutes to Sharks and Euro 2. 10. Bus stops around 200 m from the front door. Depending on time of day there are 3-4 services an hour, less at night and the last bus returns around 2230/2330.

I recommend guys with a hotel in Frankfurt and not being in rush to enjoy the night taking a taxi (available at any time on the parking area) from the club to Darmstadt central station (fare on last Wednesday 9,40 Euro). The suburbain trains (S-Bahn) are running on all days every 30 minutes. That means for eyample at 00:05 am and the last train in direction Frankfurt central station at 00:35 am. By the way, don't worry about safety as on the trains there is always a security guy in later evening hours.

Bus line R in direction Boellenfalltor at 22:33 pm on normal weekdays, on Saturdays the last bus is at 23:33 pm with more than enough spare time to get the 23:05 pm (00:05 am on Saturday to Sunday night) S-Bahn to Frankfurt. Bus stop is on the opposite side of the street around 50 meters lefthand side when leaving the parking area.

Yep same with car parking situation at Sharks. Seriously only in Hessen food at 5 Element, Mainhattan and Palace IMHO much better than Sharks. And there are some FKKs also in NRW and BW with better food than Sharks. Only the cakes and fruit at Sharks are in pole position.

The excuse I have been given for this is that they are trying to adapt to western mouths and what we like in the west. Personally I dont like that excuse and much prefer asian food as it is supposed to be. However, as you say some kitchens there are using too much trans fats. But then again, not nearly as much as the english kitchen if you want to compare. Or maybe the philippine kitchen does. And some noodle dishes as of late are getting unhealthier and unhealthier even in asia. No idea how on topic this is here though.

Asian countries are famous for their use of MSG also known in most parts of Asia as "ajinomoto" which is Japanese for "more flavor" and it can be found in cuisine all across Asia. The west uses salt. There was a lot of hype in the 80's about msg being bad for you but studies now show it is less unhealthy for you than the use of salt because it contains a much less amount of sodium. Also, sugar is used is so often in Asian countries local foods. I am married to an Asian and I can't tell you how hard it is to avoid these two key ingredients. People of western thinking are confused about the actual health benefits of Asian food. I find it to be quite unhealthy and many Asians have serious health problems from this tradition style of cooking.

Just to be clear, doesn't have to be the food itself. Maybe my bowels just don't deal with the herbs and sauces too well. But I doubt anyone really wants to discuss that.

Chinese food is typically loaded with lots of MSG (flavour enhancers). Some people believe that is causing problems. Prawns treated with Bicarb soda to firm them up. Etc. Deep fried stuff can use oils prone to oxidisation and burning, maybe trans fats. Chinese food is rarely healthy. However I still eat it selectively. Never know what stuff the cooks are putting in food. I love to get plain salads without any dressing and plain meats. Even then don't know what chemicals are used on the farm.

In the end, people best eat what they are used to. I have breakfast at home since club breakfasts are not for me. Junky stuff. Easy to put on kilos at FKK if get bored and eat too much junk. Always best for me to focus on the girls and try to forget about foods.

Tuesday 2 February I go to the Sharks. I wanted to ask if I can find Adina ex-World? She is working still at the sharks?

Also, how does Sharks compare to Mainhattan? I'm wondering if it's worth the effort to go all the way out to Sharks when Mainhattan is closer.

Go to Frankfurt Hauptbahnoff Take a train to Darmstadt Nord, take a left when you get off the station, once you are out go to opposite side of road take are bus to Daimler weg, your ticket from Frankfurt is good you do not need to buy any ticket on bus. Daimler weg is about 2 minutes from sharks. Look for Hotel than Homer Bach store similar to Home depot store in US. Once you get off at Daimler weg, You should be able to see sign to shark if you walk / look in same direction of bus.

I think bus runs every half an hour or 20 minutes and take about 5 minutes. But takes away all that anxiety of where to go and if you are in right place or not.

Quick report of last Thursday:

As the quiet day in between Wednesday and the weekend, the line up was less than stellar. About 60 girls I'd say and many of the girls reported last week were not there.
