Using what you said as an hint, I start to understand what happened to me during my last visit to sharks. I am Asian, and I had a two hour room one day last week. I did stay in the room for the full two hours, because I made a three-hour detour to Sharks just for that girl. When I was taking shower afterwards, a guy patted on my back and said "good job", in a not so friendly way. I finished my shower quickly and went into the locker room for that guy. He started to explain, something like: "I am on your side", "you surprise." Bah blah. Not that unfriendly this time. I did not want any trouble, and I barely had enough time for dinner before going to catch my flight, so I left without a word.

Now I understand that there are some guys watching Asian entering and leaving rooms, and maybe even betting with friends. I can also imagine that when I walked out of a room the other day after less than 20 minutes, there might be people laughing in a corner.

Either you see it or not, it is there, and someone even bother to pat on my back and let me know it. Fortunately, when the girls told me they like Asian clients, they always added that because they think that Asians are often polite. Maybe the true reason is not this, but at least they know to hide it to avoid embarrassment.

I tend to avoid seeing this as racist: maybe just that Asian are different here. In a Chinese brothel, we may also watch how western guys behave. But anyway, judging people based on a profile is not good.

Yes, I can confirm that some customers in the clubs don't have anything better to do during breaks other than trying to mess with other customers.

One time in Mondial, a young customer followed me to the public shower area, and tried to have a good look me showering. I stared at him like "what the hell do you want?" before he backed off and left.

At first, I thought he was gay, but now, after seeing all these reports, I think it's very likely he was betting with his friends on "How the Asian man's body look like". He approached me to see my body so that he could go back to his friends and reveal the answer of their bet.

Like you said, people always tell me not to think of myself as a victim of racial / racist behaviors. But it's very difficult to not relate race to it when you're the only one who got messed with and you happened to look Asian.

I think the tag team girls turn out mediocre more often than great. Many guys complain that they pay for a "lesbian show" and state that it was a waste of money.
