I countered the 200/60 with 150/60 before we went to the room but she was not interested in it and made clear she would rather miss the 100/30 if it meant staying for an hour for "only" 150.

I totally sympathise with all the comments about 200/ hour being crazy and of course, like everyone else, I loved the club most when you could go (only just before covid) and do a nice 3 or 4 rooms with good looking girls for standard 50/30. But those days are gone.
