On my visits, the only girl that seemed to be constantly booked was Melissa. But of the rest, Valentina was amongst the busier girls yet I never even saw her walking around hunting. She is pretty enough and looks elegant enough to get a room without ever sitting alone for more than 20 minutes. If she hunted like some others, you may never see her free.

But every girl except for Melissa would always be available at some point. I suspect that the availability of even the best looking girls is due to the lack of long rooms being taken. Even if a busy girl makes 10 rooms, the majority are only 30 minutes so you will always eventually spot them being available at many points throughout the day. Fridays and Saturdays may be different since those are "out of town" clients days.

Sometimes you see girls sitting with a guy for a while without going to a room because they might not feel that every minute needs to be spent making money, especially if they already cleared their entry cost or possibly already made a respectable sum of money for the day. On a less busy day, I took Lori, precovid Loredona, for a 3.5 hour room. But she spent a couple hours before and a couple hours after our session with me because she was not in money making mode. That's quite a bold statement and I doubt that it's true, but perhaps you're right. Please give us a link and show us the relevant section of the law instead of just vague insinuations.

Girls don't have an automatic right to enter Sharks, and like ANY other club, bar or restaurant, they can easily refuse certain people (misbehaving men, or overcharging girls) entry.

Have you ever been to Sharks (or any other club) and seen fully dressed new girls waiting near the entrance, hoping to be able to work in that particular club? Well, if it was so 'difficult' to dictate prices or service levels, then those girls would just pay their 110 Euros entrance fee, get a locker key, walk in and get to work ripping off customers with ludicrous prices, right?

The problem is IMHO that this Turkish guy who runs Sharks is quite a weak leader, to both men and women. Certain men (hint: especially during the weekends when it's not Ramadan) make a complete mess and act like total slobs (just look at the changing rooms, the restaurant area, or in the sauna), while certain women are allowed to rip people off. Most of the staff doesn't care, and no selection is made at the entrance. This is the biggest problem at Sharks IMHO.

This one is difficult as laws are often not written as specific as you need.

For example, the "design of sexual services" or "Die Ausgestaltung sexueller Dienstleistungen" is to be determined exclusively by the prostitute and the client. However, does "design" or "Ausgestaltung" just mean the nature of acts or does it also include details such as pricing. This would be an important interpretation of the wording.

On the other hand, there is a provision where a club is obligated to provide a written agreement regarding services. It does not specify further if "agreements" or "Vereinbarungen" includes specific details of the agreement such as pricing but it seems to me that this leaves the door open for the clubs to dictate pricing. If the girls does not agree to the terms, she could go elsewhere.

As for the Turkish guests, in addition to your criticism which does have validity, the club and much of the FKK scene in general owes much of the post covid survivability to that demographic. I am certain that the first year after lifting restrictions, Turkish entries were the biggest source of income for the clubs. Without them keeping the club afloat during that time, we might have lost even more clubs and the line up at a club like Sharks would most certainly not have beefed up to the levels they are now without those guys filling the club, thus attracting more girls to come work.

Their importance is stressed even further for example when one girl complained last week that business is slow because it was a Muslim holiday. This shows to me that ethnic German and international business alone still cannot the support the clubs.
