Had a layover in Frankfurt for one afternoon, landed around 3 pm, follow signs to bus station, Air Liner at bus stop 14 to Darmstadt. Bus fare is 8. 9 EUR, cash only, ride is about 30 mins, drop off right in front of Darmstadt train station. From there, a few minutes walk to hotel. There're a few in the area, I saw Moxy (Marriott), Best Western, and another close to hotel. Stayed at Moxy, it's a new hotel, nice decor, clean bed, modern and young vibe.

Taxi ride from hotel to Sharks is 10 EUR based on Uber app, but at the time there was no Uber available, so I had to walk to train station to get one of the taxies waiting in line. I paid him 10 E flat, but what I didn't know is that Sharks will kick back 10 EUR to taxi driver for brining in each customer, maybe should have asked for the taxi ride for free.

5 EUR covid test at door, then 65 EUR entry fee.
