They will understand you, alright. That will not be your problem. Whether they will meet your high expectations is a different issue. Yes, some, not all the girls provide anal. For a fee of course.

No need to carry cash, you have 2 lockers for yourself. For your clothes and personal items and for your cash / phone. If you are a towel guy, it is pretty much impossible to carry cash but if you are a robe guy you can carry a small amount I suppose on your person; not advisable however. Lockers are safe.

Pen and paper are fine (never seen anyone do it, but why not!

Sharks proposed fast test for 5 but not anymore allowed in Hessen. In some German locations, PCR are not anymore accepted but only 2 G. High covid rate in Germany.

I just was watching a DW video it said in Saxony that those without vaccines are completely banned for any facilities or restaurants even if they have a PCR test.

So if it takes 48 hours to show up then it requires getting tests on consecutive days if one needs to go to the club on multiple days because the first test will expire prior to the time of the deadline for the second swab.

If you have one ready that would only allow one day of the club.

So basically one has to book a test early AM. Then get to the airport right after the nose swab and then take the connecting flight and then the final flight usually leaves as a redeye to Frankfurt arriving the next day. By that time hopefully the test is ready.

Would German authorities (Sharks, LOL) accept a foreign country's vaccination app or pcr test result taken 48 hrs ago?
