Where do most of you stay who visit sharks for a couple days? Any good hotels close?

Last time I slept in Darmstadt I stayed at Dormero and it was fine. 10 minute walk to Sharks.

The Dormero is good and very close, less than 10 minutes walking, good price for the quality if you take the non-refundable deal. The manager is not the most welcoming man in the world but who cares.

The most efficient way:

From frankfurt airport (terminal 1 AND 2) to darmstadt main station (train station) with the AIRLINER (yellow / black bus, every 30 min) in about 30 min for 10 euro over the highway and then with google maps about another 20-30 min walk. Cheap and fast. That's it!

Really bad they put 100 for speed limit on 4 lines between airport and Dietzenbach, when could be for not far from 300 .

Contel very close reopened. Another is also quite close, about 5 mn walking on center side, I think Dormero or something like that. Can take breakfast with salmon at Sharks until 3 pm. In FKK land and even when I m at the end of the world in my mountains, I like so much Roxette song: sleeping in my car, really good in S5 white leather. The most efficient way:

From frankfurt airport (terminal 1 AND 2) to darmstadt main station (train station) with the AIRLINER (yellow / black bus, every 30 min) in about 30 min for 10 euro over the highway and then with google maps about another 20-30 min walk. Cheap and fast. That's it!

From frankfurt hauptbahnhof: S3 line goes to darmstad hbf. Ticket costs 10 eur approximetaly. It goes in every 30-35 min. You will reach to s3 when you enter to hbf. You should fine s line and s3 - 101 code gate. This is the standart metro. It stops in every station. It goes from cith side. Takes 40-45 min to arrive darmstad hbf.

RE -train: this is faster than s3 and moves to mannheim or to another location on the way to darmstadt. And the price is the same. But the arrival time should be checkhed from the site. You can use: to. Darmstad trains. You can check this easily from the main screen. This train stops on the langen and darmstadt stations. And it takes you 20 min to arrive darmstad hbf.

From darmstadt hbf: get a taxi ride just in front of the station. Will cost 11 - 12 eur and 5 min to arrive. Very easy.

From airport: there is bus service do darmstadt hbf. And again you can get a taxi ride to arrive to sharks club.

To return to frankfurt main: the same way back. With taxi ride to darmstadt hbf. With s3 or with RE to ffm. Main. On the way back in every 30-35 min you can fin S3 line. Like: 04.53 or 04.35 .

From Frankfurt it's very easy, you take either the RB82 from Frankfurt Hbf to Darmstadt Nord and then it's less than a 10 minute walks (one every hour).

Or one of the train to Darmstadt Hbf and then the bus are to the stop Daimlerweg. There is a train every 20 minutes (either RE60 or RB68 or S3).
