I'll be in Frankfurt on Sunday. Arriving around 11 am. I have until 3 pm at the latest. So that gives me from around noon-2 pm at sharks if I can line up things right. If I were to go to a place in Frankfurt I'd have more time and wouldn't be depending on the trains as much. It usually takes me an hour or so to go again (I'm not as young as I use to be). So I may only have time for one girl.

I am planning a trip from the US, but do not want to have my name, address or other personal information stored by Sharks.

Any idea if they take a scan of personal info (such as passport and / or vaccination card) at the entrance? I worry that this information could somehow become public -- for example if there is a health emergency.

Thanks so much for the prompt and helpful answer. A relief to know that no personal info is taken / stored. I assume this is true for all the Frankfurt area clubs (Oase, Mainhatten, Palace)?

I was also planning to visit Globe in Zurich on this trip, but apparently they take a scan of the Swiss digital Covid certificate, which is ultimately linked to passport details and address. So if they ever need to do contact tracing or something like that, the details would be available to the public health authorities, I assume.

Bus are (leaving the main entrance of the train station the stop is on the other side to the left) in direction Nordbahnhof. Get off at Daimlerweg. Forget about Mainhattan.

Is there still a bus from the hbf to the FKK (vicinity)? I last went 7 yrs ago and recall taking a bus using google maps. Now, I don't see any route.

If you are referring to Darmstadt Hbf, take the 'R Nordbahnhof' bus. The stop is next to the McDonald's. Get off at Diamlerweg as others mentioned. You will see the big, orange store Hornbach as you exit. Sharks is a short walk in the travel direction of the bus.

I'm still debating on whether I will just go to Mainhattan since I will only be in Frankfurt for the day so I'm trying to figure out how much of a hassle it will be.

I agree with the other commenters about not going to Mainhattan but if you have to go there due to a time crunch, take the 11 tram in front of the Frankfurt Hbf eastbound.

I took Grven3's query to be Frankfurt HBF as opposed to Darmstadt HBF.

Last month four of in the cab from Darmstadt station to Sharks, upon arrival the driver waived away the fare and followed us inside for his handsome commission.

I meant Darmstadt. Last time, I recall getting to there then taking a bus to near FKK sharks and walking a little.

Anyways, it might not work out anyways since time is pretty short. I may end up going to main or none at all.

Last time, I do remember that Sharks was better.

There is also the option of taxi, by meter it's about 10 euros. But what taxi driver don't tell you, is that, on top of the taxi fare, they will follow you inside the club and after you've paid the entrance fee, they will collect 10 euro kick back from front desk. So maybe can negotiate with taxi driver and give them 5 euro or something for the ride to Sharks.
