I dunno if it's ripping off Asian guys, but rather there is an expectation. Of course this depends on the girl running into them, and this is based on experience. If so happens Asians she runs into are spending more, that means she has expectation of that. This in general goes for tourists, and newbies alike. If you think about it, tourists are in general the types that do not show up to the club in a regular basis. A known regular is somebody that has potential for more frequent business over time.
