WOW. That's honestly all I have to say for my first visit to any FKK in my life. Went on Wednesday around 630 Pm.

Having checked out World on Sunday and Oase on Wednesday, it was time to get updated on Sharks next and so there I headed.

It was a very bad choice. Construction of the bar seems to have been completed, but the area is still sealed up.

The new waterfall is functioning though.

The question we all here are trying to discuss is related to the equilibrium. But this is a market demand issue, not something we can adjust here on the forum. And I do wonder how the clubs macro economic visitor numbers have gone year on year over the past 10 years. If we are to discuss the equilibrium, we would need data like this. And of course the CPI or median and average income (most likely the median is the best indicator). Also charts on visitors coming locally from Germany, vs elsewhere in the world. Etc etc. Until we have these numbers, it is just babbling we are doing in here.

Of course one can also discuss willingness to pay / bundling. And that may have more of an impact here on the forum. But that is more related to upselling, and not the basic price. However, bundling strategies (upselling) can have serious negative consequences / costs related to them as well. Historically one can look at how some of the first fax machines had a chip in them. A chip to slow them down. This chip had an extra cost related to them from the producers point of view, and fax machines with this chip was more expensive to make than fax machines not having this chip. The more expensive to make fax machines who did have the chip and were artificially slowed down, cost substantially less at the store than the cheaper to produce fax machines without the chip. The same thing can be the case when girls hold back services they usually had no quarrels doing a few years ago. And the hidden extra cost can be related to less repeat rooms long term.
