I have had similar instances where I have just paid up and when asked at the reception. I told them about the inicident not as a complain but as information.

I didn't expect them to enquire / investigate or give me compensation.

At some they did enquiry and apologised, at some they enquired apologised and compensated (by a next free entry pass).

The fact is don't create a scene and move on but let the reception know of the incident.

I will try to respond at least a bit objective here.

- I have a few times also disagreed with the girls regarding price. In 3 different clubs. Every single time the club / receptionist was on my side. Yes, if you enter the room, you got to pay minimum though. And you can feel screwed if she changes attitude. But you can also just shit talk the girl afterwards. Girls can shit talk us as well. So it is not a smart thing to do. Neighter for the girls, nor the guys. But this is more a single girl problem than a pan club issue usually. I've had other girls in a club come to me and say that a particular girl is an idiot and is bad in the room too. So other girls in the same club taking my side in small disputes.

- Girls are allowed to have a level of YMMV. On one hand I have both received far more, and in some cases less than other mongers. It is just a part of the game. Another part of the game is that even people you want to believe the stories of, may have added a few lies. So you can never know for sure who gets the most. Even if people tell you. This is just human nature.

- Try working in a bar yourself before complaining. Some are better at smiling than others, but I have seen worse than at Sharks. Even if they clearly haven't had a smiling course there (like I know plenty of nightclubs / bars have).

The only advise I can give you is to just move on and not return with girls you get bad experiences with. Speak with your wallet. If a girl in particular is bad, chances are also that her best friends also act in the same way. As girls talk a lot regarding how to approach different guys. Find a great girl, and chances are her friends are also superb in the room.

I used this tactic recently at Wellcum, and noticed how Daria's friends are all fantastic there. So try to find one of these micro leaders among the girls with a good reputation. Perhaps she is as smart as Daria (Wellcum) who understands customer relations.

Most rooms at Sharks now are everything asked for only 50, so highest level girls leave since 2016. A Hungarian lovely fire in bed made many 50 € rooms at Sharks, elsewhere she had many 1 h30 for 150 € rooms with me, so she always did welcome me. She made more with 3 or 4 rooms in her new club than with 8 or 10 rooms at Sharks. Girls level is on par with business and clients level. Since 2014/2015, clients change at Sharks, and really at night.

The prostitutes there are pretty much doing whatever they want, they request a surcharge to a customer and they make a discount to another for the same exact service.

The club says that a club must be impartial since they only rent a space for both the customer and the other ones, the bitches.

I was just back from 8-days trip of Sharks. I have to say, the current lineup is very good. I met a few new girls, who are the best girls I ever met in FKK. I did fall in love with one of them. I call her "my goddess girl". I will post my own report soon.
