Take the Airliner express from bus stop #14 outside FRA airport. It goes to Darmstadt Hauptbahnoff. From there, you can walk, take the bus "are" or cab it out.

Cost: taxi bus walk.

Time: walk bus taxi.

At Oase I would avoid the most crowded days. As upsells seems to be higher these days.

I would suggest Sunday and Wednesday at Sharks. Monday and Tuesday at Oase. Other mainstream clubs in Frankfurt area are slim picking with mostly tourists.
