Most guys park like morons: leaving a massive amount of space in between cars, but just not enough space to park another car. I've once suggested to the front desk that they make lines or use those flexible plastic poles to mark standard car park spaces, but of course they don't care.

COB / COT is not a standard service. And no, it is not a fixed extra. You need to have COB cleared with the girl (Is she up for it? Does she want money for it? If so, what kind of money does she expect?).

10- 15 years ago many, but not all girls were up for it, and it was never an extra, given permission was granted. The way it should be IMHO. These days ... well, you need to have everything clarified with the girl.
