I had always understood a "169" to be two girls engaged in a 69, with the guy inserting himself in (as it were) doggy style to the girl on top, leaving the bottom girl to lick his balls as he banged the other girl. But recently I have seen many different ideas about what "169" means. Is this not a common understanding?
