Confirm still open, as for the price I wasn't around then but if 400 k is considered high now I'm guessing 350 k was high then. Maybe someone from that time can info more on that. The HT's are Thien Phuc at 86 Tran Nao and Vihn Thu at 35 b Tran Nao.

One of the shops is called Vinh Tu, from memory it is around 39 or 37 Tran Nao. 350 k in total (ticket and tip) should do the trick. I have had some good CIM action there, but also some cum in a tissue type experiences. If you find a girl that is good in this place, stick with her as the service levels fluctuate a lot in this shop. The one that closed down a few months ago was near the big petrol station. Straight in they pull down their top showing their big 30+ tits and drop their panties and encourage a full roam around. Good BJ but never CIM, when finished they tidy you up and just hand the girl 200 k and walk out. Next place is on the opposite side, don't know the number you will see the small Hot Toc sign outside.
