I watched a bunch of videos on Little Japan right after returning from my prior trip from HCM in 2019. I was upset I didn't go to little Japan. 84 Nguyen Phi Khanh. Address comes up on Maps. There are several Hot Tocs on that street. It is a short street. 84 NPK is the famous one. Many girls there.
