In a word, yes. A Filipina has the right to sue the 'daddy monger' for financial compensation. The Philippine 1987 Constitution has provisions concerning child support that combine with the law on Violence Against Women and Children. Reciprocal agreements for collection of child support exists for some countries but not for others. I have ordered the full panel of tests in the past. In USA you can order it online and make an appointment for the lab and they will draw blood and get a [CodeWord109] sample from you.
