    Adding more advice

A single dose of doxycycline taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex dramatically cuts the risk of a bacterial S. T. I. , studies have found. The approach seems most effective for preventing chlamydia and syphilis, and slightly less so for preventing gonorrhea.

In the United States, about 26 percent of gonorrhea cases in 2018 were resistant to tetracyclines. So far, however, doxycycline's use to prevent S. T. I. S does not seem to contribute to drug resistance, Dr. Luetkemeyer said. ".
Today I was in the pharmacy purchasing ulcer (Tums) medication in Angeles. I heard the guy next to me asking for Doxycycline. The young lady told him he needed a doctor's prescription. Sounds like the authorities are clamping down on antibiotic use among other things. If why'all plan to dip in these ladies 🫣129763;128561; without protection bring all your own medications with you 🤭. The threat is real!

    Risk vs rewards and STDs

I did not mean to imply that FG's list was substantially off, only to fill out the list and correct a small error. Most of the risks of STDs can be mitigated by an STD check when one gets home from traveling-for those of us who are not ex pats. PrEP and antibiotic prophylaxis are pretty good as well, although at some time in the future the bugs will become antibiotic resistant- and doxycycline does not agree with my stomach! Of course, one can always use condoms.

We are adults here and can act upon this knowledge in accordance with our own personal calculations of risk and reward. It seems appropriate on the 4th of July to quote Thomas Jefferson: "the important truths {are} that knolege is power, that knolege is safety, and that knolege is happiness".

Does anyone know an good (even private) clinic for that?
There is a small clinic facing Queens Hotel it is on your left. I don't know the name of the street but it is small. You can ask about the other tests you want.

Or else I believe any of the doctors or pregnancy clinics you walk by should be able to do it. It is just a matter of drawing blood and sending it to a lab.

Blood tests for std screening cost upwards of 2,000 peso in angeles, yes the pap smear test its not performed the same as in the west as in angeles they only use a cotton wool bud to take the sample and then transfer to slide, its a total farce, it does not screen for anything apart from possible cervical cancer.

Therefore for the last time, get yourself educated before trying to pass on totally false statements to the members of this board, google any of the more dangerous std, s including syphillis, hepatitis, genital herpes, hiv and a host of others and you will find they can only be detected by taking a blood sample, end of story, no BS, if, s or buts.

Members for your own safety do your own reasearch and disregard those that have convinced themselves that everything is under control and little chance of catching anything that might just ruin ones life by barebacking prostitutes, the mind really does boggle at some members ignorance and what's worse they try to educate others.
Always a great source of information. Thank you for clearing up a murky situation.

    Pap smear

Anyone who has had a relationship with a female would know or should know that a Pap smear test is done every 1-3 years depending on the age of the female. It is not done on a weekly basis nor is it for STD testing. The Pap smear test is done solely to test for cervical cancer. The smear is on the cervical area.

Google it, watch it. I have had it on my FB for 2 years and I even reported it as fake news with my other account and it was never taken down.

    STD's = BS.

Ways to remain healthy into your 100's.

First. Fast (no food or calories only water) for more than 72 hours and your body actually creates new stem cells.

Second. Buy an oxygen concentrator with full mask and do cardio exercise for 10 minutes a day breathing 91%+ oxygen.

Third. Cold Shock Therapy for 6 minutes a day and it can be done lots of ways by either a walk-in freezer or emerging yourself in cold water.

Fourth. Drink enough water every day so your pee is clear and not yellow, if it comes out yellow, drink more water. Most people need to consume less than a gallon a day.

Fifth. Eat green vegetables like spinach, arugula, kale, broccoli, and red or dark fruit like blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, cranberries, and pomegranate.

Sixth. Stretch daily, there is no coincidence that every animal stretches before moving. This will prevent injuries and pain.

Seventh. If you do get sick 2 milligrams of Azithromycin will cure almost anything. Ozone shots will stop pain.

First, let me complete the list. The bacterial STDs that are most common are chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis. All are curable, although gonorrhea may become completely resistant in the near future. Lymphogranulopma venereum is a type of chlamydia that is distinct with painful ulcers; after these heal, lots of big lymph nodes, some of which may ulcerate. It can be very painful and lead to numerous horrible complications like anal strictures and pus filled lymph nodes. It is not common, thank God and is curable with a long course of antibiotics. Mycoplasma genitalium is a bacterium that is common but mostly asymptomatic. Its hard to diagnose and doesn't respond well to antibiotics when diagnosed. It causes pain on urination, usually goes away on its own and the long term effects are probably minimal but a lot is unknown. Probably not a major concern, even though it is common.

Hemophilus ducreyi should be added to the list. It is a bacterium and it causes chancroid, a painful disease with ulcers and big lymph nodes. It is easily cured if diagnosed (not hard to diagnose, but it is rare and some doctors are amazingly uneducated). Really rare is shigella, which is most easily caught with receptive anal sex (ie, getting fucked in the ass). Most guys on the ISG don't need to worry. One should never forget pubic lice and scabies. These are easily cured but really, really annoying. Trichomoniasis is common, doesn't cause symptoms in men, but mongerers might bring it back home where the wife or GF might get infected.

Second, this part of the post was not entirely correct: Hepatitis A has no therapy. But, it goes away on its own but one can get pretty sick. There is an excellent vaccine to prevent. Hepatitis B. can be suppressed with medications, but sometimes poorly. It is very preventable with a multidose vaccine. It is associated with cancer. As correctly stated, Hepatitis C. is curable, but the cure is expensive.

Then we get into the super rare STIs: Ebola, probably COVID19, meningococcus, maybe a large number of viruses, but who knows. These infections are curiosities, and not important considerations for your average mongerer.

Chlamydia: Common. Pee test detects it. Easily quickly cured with antibiotics. You can get this through oral sex but less likely.

Gonorrhea: Fairly common. Pee test detects it. Fairly easily quickly cured with antibiotics. You can get this through oral sex but less likely.

Syphilis: Pretty rare. Requires a blood test. Treated with antibiotics.

HPV: You already have it. She already has it. Condoms don't prevent it. There is no test for men. The test for women is pretty new. Certain strains can cause cervical cancer in women which is why they should get a regular pap smear.

HSV 1 and 2 (herpes): You already have had some exposure and so has she. There is no accurate test unless you have a sore. They can test for antibodies which essentially means nothing if you haven't had a breakout. There's a social stigma but it doesn't hurt you. Condoms do not prevent it.

Hepatitis A and be: Extremely rare to catch through sex but curable through antiviral medication. There are vaccines for these. You should get them.

Hepatitis see: Extremely difficult for a man to catch through sex because it requires blood to blood transference. Completely curable nowadays but it's expensive.

HIV: Requires a blood test. Extremely difficult for a man to catch during vaginal sex because it requires blood to blood or semen to blood to transfer. You can take PreP beforehand which will completely mitigate your risk. You can't get it if you are on PreP.

Life is risk / reward. Know your risk, evaluate your reward, and live.

Once again, it's not a pap smear. That would be pointless to do weekly. They all have HPV and likely we do too. There's no test for men. The van is a pee test or a swab test, which would only find a bacterial infection, which would be the most common thing you would get weekly. If you read my post, I went over all of the 'diseases' you mentioned, and yes many require a blood test. None of my statements were false. Genital herpes is dangerous?? It may be a little annoying, and it certainly has a social stigma, but it is not dangerous. I am not advocating for anyone to do anything. Hell I hope everyone uses a condom except for me, that would be awesome. I'm saying know your risks and make a risk / reward decision, and take pharmaceuticals to mitigate your risks if you feel you need to.

Both of these will cause an odor. These are both identified with a pee test which a bargirl gets weekly. If the girl has HIV she will not smell. This is a viral infection only detected by a blood test. You will not likely get HIV from a bargirl even if she has it. Woman to man HIV transfer is almost impossible as it requires blood to blood or semen to blood. And if you're worried about this you could just take PreP and that would protect you. The fact that you think there's a weekly pap smear test shows that you don't know what you're talking about. A pap smear checks for papillomavirus in women which is generally done yearly. Most all women have HPV and get it at a young age if they haven't been vaccinated against it (the vaccine is new). The pap smear is to see if the strain of HPV has developed into something serious. Come on now, get educated.

If you have anal with a condom you are protected as vaginal. Quit making scenarios up about magic and Tommy Morrison. We have proof they had sex with thousands of groupies bare back which is dangerous and almost guaranteed. There is a lady on YouTube that caught hiv from bareback sex from a guy she met at a bar. She was sick right after and tested positive a few weeks later. All you guys that have bareback sex with hookers are crazy. At least buy a bunch of home hiv test from Amazon and test them before. I did my home hiv test last week and tested negative as usual. In the last 20 years, I've had BBBJ from over 200 hookers and protected vaginal from 100 of those and anal from maybe 5 of those. That's a pretty good sample size to say condoms work and you can't get hiv from BBBJ. I would have caught it by now if you could get it from BBBJ.
